How do you have time to do so much in a day?
Well here is the thing: If there is a will, there is a way. No questions to it.
First off, I live out of my car during the day and carry many bags (Clearly hehe).
What do I do to set myself up to be the most productive each day? I use each hour of the day to its fullest.
Here is what I typically do:
-Every night I set my clothes out for fasted cardio in the mornings around 7 am and pack my bag for work clothes . This helps me get out of bed and set the tone for my day. - I go straight to class and then to work. - From work, I have a bag packed to go lift. This is the time I zone in and reflect on the day.
When do I eat my meals?
I meal prep my meals every Sunday. This way I do not have to worry about cooking each day and I can stay on track (tupperwares become your friend). -Here is why I wanted to make this post:
I hear “I don’t have time” quite often.
We all have the same 24 hours in a day. The question is; how are you going to spend that time? What are your goals?
Just like many of us, we work many hours during the day ;I am a full-time student and work part time.
It is about what do YOU want to make time for?
Am I tired a lot of the days by the time I get to the barn to ride a couple horses, to the gym, and by the time I work on homework during the night? YES. But, setting my mind right and knowing I have goals over powers that.
So, what are YOU going to make time for?

Don’t try to fit in, when you were born to stand out ✨💕
1 year ago I went to @grantcardone
10x Conference and I was lucky enough to be in his ambassador program and be mentored by him for the weeks leading up to the event.
When I arrived I got a package with a rubber bracelet and on it, it says "don't be a little bitch". I have not taken it off since that day and every time that I don't feel like doing something I look down at it and read those words.
It has helped me through many moments when I wanted to just give up and throw away everything I have worked for.
It is amazing how small things can have such big impacts on us.
... Just like when we post on social media that one post can start a ripple. And we will never know how far reaching that ripple will go. ...
We all have value to bring and remember you will never know when you will be someone's motivation. .. What do you do to keep yourself motivated?
This is my 10 year challenge 😂. 10 years ago was not the best time for me. I was dealing with constant anxiety and depression in High School plus my was sick and died. But I am proud of where I am now 😀 I am so blessed left and right.
Pic on the left is me from 2 years ago who NEVER went to the gym, a heartbroken depressed mess, and anxiety driven ➡️pic on the right is me now and the difference in my arms has me SHOOK! 🔥🔥 Transitioning to a healthy lifestyle and lifting and not only changed my strength and my potential but my confidence as well. Whether your a size zero or not it feels good to feel comfortable in your own skin when you finally have the freedom to make choices you want. Whether that’s being a gym rat or not, changing your diet or not, or being in control of your mental illnesses or not. You are all amazing individuals and a lot can change overtime! ❤️ find a passion and stay driven by it.
