🏃🏼♀️Why you should continue exercising during pregnancy if you are able🏃🏼♀️ The 2019 Canadian guideline for physical activity throughout pregnancy shows that there are multiple positive effects to both mum and Bub for continuing with physical activity if able throughout pregnancy.
A lovely client has written this comparison of her two very different pregnancies to show how her continued exercise and improved fitness levels helped her with:
👌🏼easier recovery from injury
💪🏼easier post caesarean recovery
💧improved pelvic floor control
🙋🏼♀️improved core strength
📏reduced abdominal separation
🍎improved body weight control
Although not every woman is able to exercise during her pregnancy for a variety of reasons, this is one example of how your pregnancy journey and post natal recovery can be improved through exercise.
Thankyou so much to the lovely lady for sharing this with me, and for allowing me to share this with everyone else. I hope it encourages and inspires women to keep going with some form of exercise if they are able and enjoy it.

I love cheshire cat because he is comical, mysterious, mischievous, unpredictable. But he will help you if he cares.
