I love love love working on my back. And always try to go level up (which I do in all my trainings), so I almost feel dizzy after😂😂😂 Not even joking 😄

1. Seated row - Keep a straight back chest up, alboes into the body, and make sure you get the squeeze behind.
2. Reverse grip seated row - again, keep a straight back and chest up. .
