Here is an unusual spirit-forward cocktail for you. I made this one with the excellent new-to-market Blackened Whiskey, which is a wonderful blend of straight Whiskeys finished in black brandy casks.
When you go down the list of my ingredients, don’t get freaked out by the black garlic. This fermented black garlic from Vietnam is nothing like the regular garlic we all know. It’s sweet and tangy and moist and very addictive to eat all by itself. I kid you not.
