Tarot has been an integral part of my life for many years. This deck actually came to me at a market in Montreal in 2016. I didn’t know why I was at the market and wandered aimlessly with friends just looking at trinkets and random bobbles, until I came upon a stall filled with mountains of books and old toys covered in dust, and there, tucked way way up out of my reach amongst it all was this deck. Like an angel on top of a Christmas tree it seemed to glow on its mountain of fading paperbacks and harlequin romances. I asked the vendor if she could get it for me and before it touched my hand I knew it was “my” deck. I bought her immediately and she’s been inspiring me since. "I just can't fit anything more in"... 😷 have you been in that phase before where you've feasted so much that you're at capacity?.. and yet.. the left over thing on your plate 🍽 is the healthy stuff? Well once you've hit that point it is because the stretch receptors in your gut have been well and truly switched on and are beyond satisfied.. now we have a combination of nutritional receptors and stretch receptors but today I want to tell you that you need to get the good food 🥒 in before the stretch receptors are fully engaged and telling your brain to bail out! Everyone is obsessed with the meat 🍗 on their plate and getting that into them, as if they'll run out of protein tomorrow.. funnily the same concern isn't expressed for all the micronutrients in salad 🥗 and vegetables 🥕 but the deficiencies which occur in this area can contribute to a plethora of different illnesses and health problems. Therefore, I want you to employ the 🌈 Rainbow-First 🌈model of eating. No matter your level of excitement to bathe your esophagus in dead cow, get the salad and veggies down first, the green stuff, to do the job of flicking the stretch receptor switch. The dose of micronutrients will do you very good and guess what, if you leave the meat 🥓 behind and don't finish it.. the world will still go on and you might even feel physically better for having not stuff a tonne of heavy meat into your belly. Either way the aim here is that your stretch receptors and nutrient receptors are more likely to be more equally satisfied 😁 when you fill up on the colourful stuff first.. the further apart this balance the more likely you are to binge and have deficiencies Give it a crack! 🌰

Whether it’s a big move, a busy work week, or a stressful period with family- you go and get that workout done. Your body doesn’t understand your excuses. SCHEDULE your workout into your day. On days when I am packed back to back I; - buy a healthier option lunch - buy a healthier option dinner - and sacrifice 15-30 mins of sleep for the next day This usually saves me 45-55 mins. And that’s all I need for a good training session.

🤔🤨😄#samoilov_85_post_ Помню как-то в 2013 ко мне на тренировку пришла девушка. Тренироваться три раза в неделю она не могла. Столкнулся тогда с этим первый раз. Говорил, что две тренировки это мало, не получится проработать как надо все группы мышц.🤦‍♂️ Но она же не к соревнованиям пришла готовиться.🤷🏿‍♂️Тут ещё сам всегда тренировался стабильно три раза в неделю не понимал, как можно тренироваться два, а то и один раз в неделю. Решили эту проблему.🤗 Одна тренировка - это полностью низ, другая тренировка - верх, также в некоторые дни были приседания и выпады в домашних условиях. _ _Итог: постоянное поддержание формы, хорошее самочувствие (кстати,☝️она приходила на тренировку, в обеденный перерыв на работе, работа была в 200 метрах от зала). • • • • • • • • • • Не буду писать о том, кому это выгодно, чтобы вы ходили три раза. Бывает даже так, что человек приходит уставший, ему советуют предтренировачный комплекс😊, чтобы «вставило»🤪. Тренировка проходит на ура, но на то, что ЦНС в шоке всё равно.🤷🏿‍♂️Главное результат. У многих людей нестандартный график, разная загруженность. Также есть такие факторы, как возраст, питание, состояние здоровья. По многим критериям строятся тренировки: кому-то лучше ходить два раза, а кому-то раз в неделю с выполнением ЛФК дома. Есть такая вещь, как ЦНС, если её перегружать, то последствия могут быть печальными.
