We are taught that extremes are healthy, however, balance is Healthier.
Swinging from one extreme to another.
Are all symptoms of an imbalance, between yin and yang, between male and female self, between inner child and adult self.
Balance with no extremes:
session to ignite spirit within.
to be flexible In your approach.
to discipline you.
to heal and relax.
Taking Response ability for your life. Choosing to heal within.

The best way to learn about yourself is to write your own story.
Follow your own path. Create your own version while experiencing what everyone else has to offer. Don’t fall into your own comfort zone. Open yourself up and flower into your own self. Show the world who you are.

This picture makes me feel so relaxed and opens my heart. ❤️ It reminds me of all the weeks I have spent at Vipassana Meditation retreats over the last ten years. I can with conviction define my life into two halves: before and after Vipassana.
I have no idea where or what I would be without the influence of meditation. It intervened in my life at the perfect moment.
Even though I currently do not meditate as a daily practice, the time I have spent meditating has forged many pathways of peace and tolerance in my neuron highways that I'm pretty sure weren't there before! I am absolutely a different person because of it.
I haven't been to a centre for a couple of years now, but I'm feeling a call to return.
👋🏽 Good morning from my little bit of sanctuary. I feel like I’ve been holding this new work so close to my chest. When asked what I’m working on I just reply with, I’m gardening. Tight lipped about it because I could only see the outline of the thing.
I lost my voice these past few years. And now I don’t feel like that anymore. And in an effort to radiate love and healing outward I am opening up to my soft spaces. The tender spots in me and I’m learning to love myself again.
Which means that this is an introduction to my latest work.

A mistake is no longer a mistake if you learn something from it.
Self love isn’t easy. I don’t particularly like the phrase, “fake it ‘till you make it,” but I suppose that is the best way to summarize what it is like. •
You may not like who you are every day, but actively trying to change the negative self-talk in your head is the best step towards radical self love. 💖

Patience is key as often it seems hard at times to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. THE POWER OF THE INNER WORK // Living in your head keeps you exactly where you’re at-- doing the same thing over and over again & expecting a new result.
Your thought + behavior patterns keep you playing small.
You need to shift your patterns - you need to get out of your head and into your heart.

It’s time to step out of the conditioning and step into living a more mindful and intentional life.
It’s time to take a dive into the mud that’s keeping you stuck, eliminate what you don’t need and replace them with high-vibration patterns that serve you + your highest self.
