🍤SHRIMP BUDDHA BOWL🍤 Happy weekend, everyone! How are you? Any plans for the weekend? If you have lots of nice plans then you need some easy recipes as well. This shrimp Buddha bowl is one of them! 😍 . This bowl is one of my favorite. Full with greens, sea flavor but still spicy and sweet at the same time! Simple perfection. If you don’t have samphire around, don’t worry! You can make it with any other green veggies, like asparagus. Different taste but still delicious. Let’s get the recipe. . Ingredients 75g quinoa 250ml water Shrimps 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp chili flakes salt to taste 2 tbsp olive oil 100g samphire 50g bean sprouts cooked soy beans lamb lettuce . Method 1️⃣Make the marinade for the shrimp. Mix the ingredients, then add the shrimps and mix it until they are all covered and set it aside. 2️⃣Boil the water for the quinoa. Add it and cook it until it’s done. 3️⃣Heat up a skillet and add the shrimps. Cook both sides until it’s done (takes only few minutes). 4️⃣Cook the samphire and for only 2 minutes, the bean sprouts. 5️⃣Add everything in a bowl with the lamb lettuce and the precooked soy beans and enjoy it! . It’s really quick and very tasteful! These sisters had been killing it with the Das Brunch pop-ups for so long, Berlin was practically begging them to open a place of their own, and since one of them is gluten-intolerant, I know they can look out for me. (ENG below) Endlich Wochenende! Und das startete mit dieser bunten Buddha-Bowl, voll mit dem wohl letzten Grünkohl für dieses Jahr. Den haben wir in diesem Winter so häufig gegessen wie noch nie. Zum einen weil er voller Vitamine und Mineralstoffe steckt, zum anderen weil er uns einfach schmeckt😋. Wie so oft kam er auch dieses Mal knusprig aus dem Ofen. Dafür geben wir den Grünkohl ohne alles bei 130°C Umluft für 10 Minuten in den Ofen und wenden ihn nach der Hälfte der Zeit. Auch dabei war Rinderleber mit Salbei, Radicchio, Karotten und Sauerkraut. STRAWBERRY TARTLET 🍓 All you need is: 🍓 1 1/2 glasses of gluten-free flour / 1 1/2 стакана муки без глютена 🍓 100 gr cacao butter (I use it cause, for example, coconut oil has extremely strong taste) / 100 гр. какао масла (я использую именно его, поскольку то же кокосовое масло имеет очень сильный специфический вкус и запах) 🍓 2 tbsp lactose-free milk to make the dough softer / 2 столовые ложки безлактозного молока, чтобы тесто получилось более нежным FOR CREAM YOU NEED: 🍓 250 gr lactose-free mascarpone and 250 gr lactose-free philadelphia (or you can use 500 gr cheese you like more) / 250 грамм маскарпоне без лактозы и 250 грамм филадельфии без лактозы (либо можете использовать 500 грамм одного из этих сыров, зависит от того, как вам больше нравится) 🍓 3-4 tbsp lactose-free milk / 3-4 столовые ложки безлактозного молока 🍓 powdered sugar / сахарная пудра FOR DECORATION: 🍓 fresh strawberries / свежая клубника COOKING: Melt cacao butter and chill it. After that mix up butter, flour and milk and make a dough. Put the dough into the fridge for 30 mins. Preheat oven to 180’. Put dough into the mold and pierce the dough with a fork. Bake it until the dough becomes golden. Chill it. Whisk cheese, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Chill your cream in fridge and after that put into crust. Traveling is always tough. You clean out the fridge so it doesn’t go bad, but then come home to an empty fridge, lots of laundry, and no time to grocery shop. And if you have a vestibular disorder like me, it takes a day or two to recover from the pressure changes and motion. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I love to keep a stash of @olofoods chickpea pasta and @cucinaantica garlic marinara on hand for a quick dinner. Buon Pomeriggio ❤❤❤❤ Chissà si avvicina la primavera e mi faccio travolgere anche io dai momenti un po' di riflessione interiore....e mentre penso mangio una fettina di questo Plumcake all'arancia e cocco Senza glutine e lattosio...avete fatto merenda???😉😉😉😉😉potete raddoppiare le dosi...ve lo consiglio 😂😂😂 Salvate ricettina 70gr farina di riso 40gr di farina di mandorle 25gr fecola di patate 50gr di zucchero di canna 1 uovo e un albume 100gr di yogurt vegetale al cocco 30gr olio di girasole..cannella e vanillina un Po'. Metà succo di una arancia e scorzetta grattugiata Metà bustina di lievito per dolci Lavorare in una ciotola zucchero e uova. Versare a filo l olio e succo, aggiungere anche lo yogurt .mescolare con le fruste elettriche. Setacciare la farina, fecola ,lievito,cannella e vanillina aggiungerlo al composto un po' alla volta, amalgamare il tutto..in fine versare il composto in uno stampo da plumcake precedentemente oleato e infarinato..infornare in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 50minuti..prova stecchino. That might be my favorite combination - I always add cinnamon and chili powder to my hot chocolate. 🔥😋 This latest version of the soft, chewy amaretti at @aera_bread is that beloved combo and man does it pack a punch! I'm always surprised and delighted when I get a taste of real spiciness here, since it's not something Germans are big fans of, and this one was exquisite. Smooth cocoa flavor with that sneaky kick of mouth-warming chili. Mmm-mm! (ENG below) Nachdem mein kleiner Lieblingsmensch mir mitteilte pürierte Suppen fände sie viel leckerer, gibt es genau diese jetzt öfter😋. Diesmal mit Süßkartoffel und Blumenkohl. Dazu gab es gebackenen Wildlachs, Avocado, schwarzen Sesam (aipreintro) und Dill. . Wir gehen da eigentlich immer nach dem gleichen Prinzip vor: das kleingeschnittene Gemüse (ca. 800g Süßkartoffel und 300g Blumenkohl) wird in Kokosöl und mit Zwiebeln angebraten. Dann kommt 1l heißes Wasser dazu. Das Ganze lassen wir für 15 Minuten köcheln und dann wird schon püriert. Am Ende noch 1/2 Dose Kokosmilch dazu, salzen und würzen nach Geschmack (bei uns Ingwer und Kurkuma), garnieren und fertig ist ein schnellgemachtes, leichtes Abendessen, das durch die Kokosmilch auch lange satt macht. °°° My daughter has just recently announced that she prefers thick soups and so we have puréed veggie soups more often now. Durch den Reissirup in dem Quark können die Früchte bei der Fructoseintoleranz leichter aufgenommen werden! ❤🙏🏼 probiert es mal aus, ich vertrage sie dann ganz gut ☺ Ich war heute recht produktiv und habe viel erledigen können. SO EASY TIRAMISU RECIPE 🍰 🥰 For biscuit you need: 🍰 gluten-free savoiardi by @schaerglutenfree / печенье савоярди без глютена 🍰 1 cup espresso / 1 чашка эспрессо FOR CREAM YOU NEED: 🍰 250 gr lactose-free mascarpone / 250 грамм маскарпоне без лактозы 🍰 3-4 tbsp lactose-free milk / 3-4 столовые ложки безлактозного молока 🍰 powdered sugar / сахарная пудра FOR DECORATION: 🍰 chocolate (I used white chocolate with orange and buckthorn) / шоколад (я взяла белый шоколад с апельсином и облепихой) COOKING: Dip the biscuits in the espresso and line in a pan. Whisk mascarpone, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Pour the cream over the biscuits. Line one more layer of biscuits and pour the cream over biscuits again. BAKED LAMP CHOPS 🥩WITH BLISTERED TOMATOES 🍅 Recipe in bio link or if you have subscribed it will be in your inbox 📨 I’m adding another lamb recipe because so many of you love lamb recipe ideas and why wouldn’t you? It’s one of the most nutritious, easy and tasty meats to prepare and cook and it is so versatile. When I posted on my instagram stories this recipe, so many of you were excited. Within two days I had around 17 people send me photos of their attempt to cook this sheet pan dinner (I hadn’t posted a recipe, only showed how I made it). 🍅 You may think 17 people isn’t that much but for a small account like mine it was huge and I was really excited. So because of that I had to remake, photograph, write up, post and send to my subscribers the recipe. So here it is. I’ve jazzed it up a bit by adding zucchini and tomatoes but if you prefer to just bake the lamb and potatoes that is fine. 🍅 Now lets all acknowledge that lamb is a fatty meat. We also need to acknowledge that we need to get over it and cook it with the fatty bits on. This is what makes the chops tender and adds so much depth of flavour to the veggies. Most of it melts off anyway so please do not cut it off! 🍅 Also if you are a bit of a clean freak like I am, Bake the meat and veggies with a sheet of baking paper over the top of it to reduce any spitting in the oven. Do not tuck the baking paper in and under, just let it sit on top so the steam can be released. Once it is time to add the tomatoes, take it off so that everything can brown. 🍅 Okay! My job is done, I finally wrote this recipe up and now I hope everyone can make it. Trust me, this will be a staple recipe in your kitchen! Oh, and by the way, I didn’t add this but what would go perfectly is a dollop of tzatziki dip on the side. Enjoy x . . So on Saturday I ended up having an unexpected day off work so we decided to try something new for tea. - This was the gnocchi and tomato bake off the @bbcgoodfood website modified to be Low FODMAP. It was delicious and so quick and easy to make. We used @asda fresh gnocchi which is gluten free and no “may contain”. - This is perfect for a mid week tea, so you’ll definitely be seeing this again 😍
Buongiorno mondo!!!❤❤❤ Vi avevo promesso che vi avrei lasciato la mia ricettina della torta raw....la butto così veloce veloce perché vado di fretta...buon lunedì TORTA RAW x 6/8 persone...potete fare metà dose 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋 Per la base 350gr di mandorle 150gr di noci pecan ✔2 cucchiai di farina di carrube ✔1 cucchiaio di olio di cocco ✔buccia di un limone grattugiato ✔pizzico di sale Per la crema 500gr circa di anacardi tenuti in ammollo 6 ore ✔un cucchiaino di farina di carrube ✔125ml di olio di cocco ✔125ml di acqua ✔6 datteri messi in ammollo per almeno due ore e privati della pellicina e nocciolo. ✔una banana. Procediamo per la crema Togliere l'acqua dagli anacardi Frullare tutti gli ingredienti ingredienti compresa la banana. Riporre la crema nel freezer. Per la base Nel frattempo si prepara la base. Io le mandorle e noci le ho tenute in ammollo anch'esse 6 ore,ma potete anche non farlo. Frullare le mandorle e noci...senza l'acqua dell'ammollomi raccomando. Fino a renderle a granella, aggiungere gli altri ingredienti. Creare il dolce O in stampo di diametro 15..o quadrato 15x15...formare un primo strato di base poi di crema e cosi alternando...Riporre la torta in freezer coperta da pellicola per 2 ore..prima di servire spolveratina di cacao amaro e frutti a piacere... 🥛HOMEMADE NUT MILK🥛 Happy Sunday! How is your day going? I need so much thing to be done today, so I just quickly share this with you! 😊 . You could have seen in my stories, that I was making some nut milk for myself. Well, I heard the myth about homemade nut milk and how amazing it is but I’ve never tried it. One evening I thought ‘okay, why not, I can give it a go. So I checked my pantry what kind of nuts I have. I mixed Brazil nuts, cashew nuts and hazelnut in a cup. When I had the milk and I’ve tasted it for the first time, I was blown away! 😍 It is so much tastier and creamier then the one from the store! I’m obsessed now! You only need a blender, a kitchen towel and nothing else for this recipe! You can read the recipe below! . Ingredients 1/3 cup Brazil nuts 1/3 cup cashew nuts 1/3 cup hazelnut 600 ml water for soaking 800-850 ml water for blending 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional) pinch of salt +clean kitchen towel . Method 1️⃣Soak the nuts for at least 12 hours. 2️⃣Drain and rinse (only once) the nuts. 3️⃣Put them in the blender with 800-850 ml (depends how creamy you want it) water. Add the salt and the maple syrup. 4️⃣I blended it 3 time for one minute, so it got completely smooth. 5️⃣Strain it in a bowl. I used a clean kitchen towel, it has done the work perfectly! 6️⃣Twist the top of the towel and squeeze the last drop out of it. 7️⃣Put it in a jar/bottle and refrigerate it. You can use it up to 4 days. . It is super creamy and I’m seriously got into this! I don’t even want to buy from the store anymore, only when I have to! 😍 I also used this for several recipes and they were way better like this! 😊 . Coconut-caramel ball? What?! Sensing a flavor trend for me this week..? 🤭 . @brotquelle is the perfect example of how gluten-free food excels when it - and the people making it - isn't trying too hard to be something it's not. Sure, it's a bakery in Germany, but the owners clearly have South American heritage. So it's no surprise that it's these coconut cookie dough-like balls filled with a creamy dulce de leche and their cheesy Buñuelos are the stars of their shop. . When this bakery opened, I decided pretty quickly that it wasn't a place I'd go out of my way to get to, but as I see more from them that reflects who they are and the different flavors and textures they can bring to the German market, I get more optimistic about the gluten-free scene here. We've got enough so-so baked goods and treats, keep bringing this level of goodness and I'll keep buying it!

SWEET ROLL 🍰 For biscuit you need: 🍰 1/3 glass gluten-free flour / 1/3 стакана муки без глютена 🍰 1/3 glass sugar / 1/3 стакана сахара 🍰 2 eggs / 2 яйца 🍰 olive oil / оливковое масло FOR CREAM YOU NEED: 🍰 250 gr lactose-free philadelphia / 250 грамм филадельфии без лактозы 🍰 3-4 tbsp lactose-free milk / 3-4 столовые ложки безлактозного молока 🍰 powdered sugar / сахарная пудра FOR CARAMEL: 🍰 1/3 glass sugar / 1/3 стакана сахара 🍰 3 tbsp lactose-free milk / 3 столовые ложки безлактозного молока COOKING: Preheat oven to 180’. Whisk yolks with sugar, add flour and whisk it again. Whisk egg whites in separate pan and add into the dough. Put the baking paper on the baking sheet, grease it with olive oil. Put the dough on the paper and bake for about 10 min until golden. Whisk philadelphia, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Grease the biscuit with the cream and make a roll. For caramel put sugar and 3 tbsp milk into the separate pan and heat until melt and becomes golden. Decorate your roll with the caramel! Разогрейте духовку до 180 градусов. Früher fand ich es seltsam, aber heute schätze ich es so sehr!! Quando ritorno a casa dopo qualche mese sembra sempre il mio compleanno,pranzi e saluti dai parenti😂 Settimana scorsa però era il compleanno di mia zia e per la mia gioia lasagna( fatta da mamma) utilizzando le sfoglie di @massimozero ; per il tiramisù invece vi lascio la ricetta 📝 Per la crema: ( metà dose) 375 ml di latte 4 tuorli 35 gr di maizena 100 gr di zucchero mezza scorza di un limone Procedimento: In un pentolino far sobbollire il latte e in una terrina amalgamare insieme i tuorli e lo zucchero. Una volta pronto il composto versarlo nel latte caldo,aggiungere la farina e la scorza del limone e far addensare a fuoco basso. Una volta pronta, togliere la scorza del limone e far raffreddare. Learning to love Low FODMAP tip😁 Recently my local Tesco have stopped stocking the lactose free Greek yoghurt that I always used to buy! I was pretty sad because if you follow me you’ll know that I love a good bowl of yoghurt for breakfast! I really don’t like the soya alternative and I’ve heard things about them not being great for me as a woman! So I decided to try normal fruit yoghurts instead! It’s worked a treat and I’ve had no tummy trouble...I think because the fruit content of the yoghurt takes up space, there is less yoghurt and therefore less lactose! Don’t know if it’ll work for everyone but just thought I’d share what I had found! Siii di fretta mi armo e gli preparo la crostata da portare e mangiarla con gli amici. Auguri tesoro e scusami davvero tantissimo...stavo dimenticando che OGGI è il tuo compleanno ❤❤❤❤❤❤. Ho approfittato è rimasta la frolla all'olio...e scorzettin di arancia....et voilà Biscotti ricoperti di fondente e granella di mandorle.
