I am a family man, I work over 50hrs a week, I’m up for work at 3am everyday! I have to be available for my mum 3-4days a week as she attends hospital for dialysis. My only spare time is the time I make my spare time and call it “precious time” I don’t sit around watching tv, I make sure I’m a step ahead all the time! My insta keeps me going! And I work out when I can! I make no excuses!!! I keep lean! I enjoy my treats, and I enjoy the healthy lifestyle! 😍

Frittata, 6 eggs. Knob of butter,
Bacon medallions, mushrooms, frozen peas, frozen mixed peppers, from green beans, Salt and pepper, topped with mozzarella. Avocado and spinach with chilli flakes. 🥑🏆
BBQ fillet chicken with chopped carrots, and herby garlic potatoes. 💪🏼
