and by feeling unbalanced and unfocused for the last week or so, I’m going to do 30 days of yoga 🧘♀️ ..
I did 30 min of gentle yoga and about an hour of guided and unguided meditation this morning and I’m feeling great 💚 I lit candles and diffused Lavendar and Cedarwood essential oils from @younglivingeo
and finally got a replacement bulb for my Himalayan salt lamp 😍 ..

I’ll be real. It’s not going to be yoga flow and crazy poses everyday, or even most days. Sometimes it’s just a little gentle stretching and then laying in savasana and meditating (corpse pose). News flash! You don’t have to sit up in perfect yogi position to meditate! Laying down and/or use of props (blankets, blocks) are encouraged. It’s all about getting comfortable. The real work happens inside of you 💚🙏🏼🧘♀️ ...
I like the Yoga Studio app for guiding my movement, and Simple Habit, Headspace, or You Tube for guided meditations. Pandora has great stations like Reiki, Spa, or Yoga radio for unguided meditation! There are so many great resources, and many are low cost or completely free! Just pick one and get started 💚💕 And check out @spoonieyogatribe
