Long shutter vs Short shutter.
What a difference a second makes... a second long exposure that is.
I’ll be honest, I took this so long ago on our trip to Wyoming that I totally forget the waterfalls name. Doesn’t take away from its beauty though! I do remember that I wanted to zoom in at about 100mm on this small part of it that I found particularly interesting. This was around the time that I was still learning how valuable and fun it can be to pick out smaller details in a big scene. This image represents only about an eighth of the entire waterfall!
Cross county is such a good workout 🏋️♀️ *take me back soon

Live and seek what the world has for us to see
It’s been a looooong time since I’ve visited a waterfall 😮
Can’t wait to have these up in the Caribbean Islands.

Mom and I having some fun at the Tree of Life! 🌲 Goodbye Disney until next time!
It’s been 5 months since I’ve started meditating daily. 10 min here, 30 min there....
There’s no pressure to be the best. There’s no expectations. It just frees the inner workings of my mind and helps acknowledge, process and let go of unnecessary thoughts. It helps release old thought patterns, emotions and feelings. And from my experience, seems to prioritize my to-do list (for lack of a better word) and puts the most important stuff, the stuff I need to get done to find/pursue my dreams and nurture my friendships with my family and friends at the front of the line. Cool huh?
Every day I meditate, I feel more and more like the real me. The person who got so lost in all the chaos of growing up...In heartache.... In triumphs...she’s breaking free.
But believe me, I still don’t have it all figured out; and I probably never will. And even though there are still hard days, months and experiences; my world is shifting for the better. And that’s a pretty radical feeling
Meditation kinda cracked the code of letting go of the old and is making room for the new.
Happy Sunday, my dudes. You’re gonna be hearing a lot more from me soon. But just know, I’m still over here working my ass off at the hardest and best job I’ve ever had...Me. Xoxo ♥️
__PROBLEMS. . . .
I have recently listened to an interview with Dean Graziosi and he suggested that we should not worry about small problems because it’s a waste of time. Instead of overfilling our minds with unimportant problems we need to focus on the bigger ones. .
In fact, the amount of stress we experience is the same whether we’re trying to solve a small or a big problem. .
I absolutely agree. I have started consciously making decisions about the importance of each problem running through my head and it is very freeing.
What is your view on this? Do you think it works?
