Leg day for me today, focusing on glutes 🍑 Are you interested in building your glutes? Read below👇👇👇 The glutes are a group of 3 muscles, gluteus maximus, medius and minimus. In order to sculpt and build your glutes, you need to work all three muscles. Which means you need to do more than just squats, you need to do a variety of exercises - include compound and isolation exercises. Remember you shouldn’t be working one area every day - you need to let your muscles rest and recover in order for them to grow. If you really want to focus on growing your 🍑 I would recommend at least 2 strength sessions a week, ideally 3 to really progress! #glutetraining #legday #strengthtraining #bestmefit

This is the pain and stiffness felt in muscles several hours to days strenuous exercise. The soreness is often felt 24 to 72 hours after. - If I waited for my body to be 100% painfree from training then I would probably never turn up to the gym.
