The glutes are a group of 3 muscles, gluteus maximus, medius and minimus. In order to sculpt and build your glutes, you need to work all three muscles. Which means you need to do more than just squats, you need to do a variety of exercises - include compound and isolation exercises.
Remember you shouldn’t be working one area every day - you need to let your muscles rest and recover in order for them to grow. If you really want to focus on growing your 🍑 I would recommend at least 2 strength sessions a week, ideally 3 to really progress! #glutetraining #legday #strengthtraining #bestmefit

I'm getting good results with total body and body weight exercises. Not being able to get the gym or having access to my home gym is not holding me back one bit. Getting it done :-) . Have a great week and don't stop, no matter what.
