HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN SALAD BOWLS Servings: 4 – Per Serving – Calories 364 – Fat 21 – Protein 29 – Carbs 16 – Sugars 10 Ingredients x4 Chicken Breasts, Butterflied For the Marinade: 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard 2 tbsp Honey 1/4 tsp Garlic granules 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black Pepper For the Salad: x1 Head of Romain Lettuce x2 Handfuls of Plum Tomatoes 1/2 Cucumber, Sliced x2 Avocados, Peeled and Thinly Sliced x1 Lemon, Cut into Quarters Directions For the marinade, mix together the olive oil, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl and set aside. Place the chicken breasts in a large airtight box along with the marinade from earlier saving 2 tbsp for the salad dressing. Marinade for 20+ minutes. In the meantime prepare the salad ingredients, arranging it neatly in four bowls. Once the chicken has marinated, cook the chicken in a cast iron grill pan for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked through. Mandelmehl Brötchen Zutaten (6 Brötchen) - 200g Mandelmehl - 30g Flohsamenschalen - 4 Eier - 1/2 TL Salz - 40g Haselnüsse - 1/2 Pck. Backpulver - 170ml Wasser (warm) Zubereitung Backofen auf 180 Grad (Umluft) vorheizen. Mandelmehl, Flohsamenschalen, Salz und Backpulver in einer Schüssel vermischen. Eier trennen, davon werden vier Eiklar und zwei Eigelb benötigt, zwei Eigelbe werden nicht benötigt. Eier zusammen mit dem warmen Wasser zur Mandelmehlmischung geben und verrühren bis eine homogene Masse entsteht. Haselnüsse klein hacken und unter die Masse heben. Late night creating 🙈 • 🎃 Chocolate Pumpkin Cake Donuts w/ Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese frosting 🎃 • Ingredients- 1/2 cup peanut flour 1tsp baking powder 1tsp pink salt 2T unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s special dark) 1/3 cup + 2T sweetener of choice 2T or more pumpkin spice seasoning 1/4 cup pumpkin purée 4 eggs 1tsp vanilla 4T butter Splash or two of pumpkin sf syrup 20 drops @oooflavors pumpkin spice drops Lily’s chocolate chips (as much as you want or as little) • Directions- Preheat over to 350. In a blender, stand mixer, food processor, add your pumpkin purée, butter, vanilla, eggs, sf syrup, & flavor drops together and mix really well. Once fully creamed and incorporated add in your dry ingredients minus Lily’s. Add those last and mix in with a spatula. I used a donut mold but you can use whatever you’d like. Add to oven & cook for 30 minutes. • Cream cheese frosting 1:1 ratio for cream cheese & butter. Use powdered sweetener, I used @oooflavors pumpkin spice drops again, and shook the pumpkin spice seasoning a lot. No measurement there, sorry. Cream together till mixed thoroughly. Store in container and frost cake donuts as you eat them. TODAY’S BREAKFAST 🔹BANANA NUT EGG LOAF🔹 Makes 8 servings • 2-4 tbsp butter (melted) • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) • 8 eggs • 1/4 cup coconut flour • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 3 tsp banana extract • 1 tsp baking powder • sweetener of choice (I used 1/4 cup Swerve) • Dash of cinnamon • 1/2 cup pecan halves ▪️ 1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. 2. Pour 1/3 cup coconut oil in loaf pan and put in oven for 10 minutes. 3. Blend all ingredients. (I use my immersion blender.) 4. Pour over hot oil in loaf pan. 5. Mix pecans with 1/8 cup coconut flour and gently add to top. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 6. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 10-15 minutes. 7. Today’s macros. I was asked to post what I ate in a day and here it is. All of it. I fasted until 2pm. For lunch I had 4 boiled eggs, seasoned in pink Himalayan salt and pepper, with 2 morning star veggie sausage with a half of an avocado ( 7 carbs), For snack I had 3 atkins endulge chocolates and snack cheese (2 carbs). I also had a low carb blue bunny ice cream crunch bar (4 carbs). For dinner I had a half of a homemade keto cheese pizza ( 9 carbs). I drank a Powerade Zero and they are 1 carb.

Sugar free Raspberry Chia Jam Spread. I make mine with frozen raspberries, a squeeze of lemon juice and chia seeds. It doesn't need any sweeteners although add some if you prefer. It may look a tad burnt to you 👀 but this pan fried chicken was oh so tasty 😋 and I highly recommend! - Basically just put an egg and some heavy cream in one bowl. Then put some crushed up pork rinds, Parmesan, rosemary and thyme in another bowl. Dip your chicken breast in the first bowl, then smoosh in the pork rind crumb mix into the chicken in the second bowl and cook in a pan with some olive oil! _________________ TBH this is my THIRD attempt at starting the #ketodiet 🙈 and it is just making my body hate me. Tortillas de espinacas 🔸4 onzas de espinacas 🍃 🔸4 🥄🥄🥄🥄 de harina de almendras 🔸2 🥚 🔸1/2 taza de queso cheddar blanco o el de tu gusto 🔸sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo y cebolla en polvo a tu gusto (puede agregarle las especies de tu elección )salen 5 tortillas 1. Precalentar el horno a 390 grados, poner a hervir 3 tazas se agua. 2. Ya hervida se vacía arriba de la espinaca y se tapa por dos minutos. 3. Luego con unas pinzas se sacan y se pone en un refractario con hielos a que se enfríen se escurren bien bien y se pican. 4. En un recipiente se agregan los huevos, la harina de almendra, el queso, las espinas y las especies y se baten. 5. En una charola se pone papel de horno se vierte una cucharada grande (yo use la de la nieve) de la mezcla y con la mano vas formando la tortilla. 6.
