Roasted Nuts 😍🥥🥜🌰 Roasted some nuts as a perfect topper for breakfasts or even a snack as-is. I add them to yogurt or smoothie bowls for breakfast 💣 I used mixed nuts, walnuts, and unsweetened coconut chips all from @traderjoes.
Coated them with coconut oil, cinnamon, and a little vanilla extract. You can just roast nuts plain and their natural oils will come out but I wanted a little added flavor. You could also use honey, maple syrup, or a sweetener of choice if you want sweetness. Roasted on 375F for 30 min. Those damn late night Jack In The Box Commercials always get me wanting that ish & you know what, this freakin hit the spot 🔥🔥🤤 I served it with half of a diced avocado (sprinkled with Trader Joe’s Chili Lime seasoning) & a fried up jalapeño..The sauce is just mayo and Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup. .

Broke my fast with a skillet pizza 🍕
I let the weekend get the best of me.. Friday we were without power until 1030 at night and I ate pizza and drank.. Saturday I had to put my dog down.. I ate a wrap and drank 😒 Yesterday we had more shit as weather and ate Ice cream! Finally around 4 yesterday I pulled my head out of my ass and made myself a keto meal.. Today is going to be as low carb as possible!

Signed up for my first 5k! Im about 45lbs from where I want to be and I feel like this is the push I need to keep going! I refuse to be the one who slows the group down lol Im nervous, excited and most importantly feeling pretty fucking confident that Im gonna smash this!! 💪😎

4 oz of Sole breaded with almond flour and spices fried in Coconut oil
1.5 c of broccoli cassarole ( broccoli, cream cheese, garlic, shallots, cheese and cream = fatty as hell and delicious)
I was kinda bummed the juice from the cassrole started trailing towards my fish 😒😒
17 hours of fasting complete🙌🙌 Im breaking my fast with a bomb ass meal of 5 oz of haddock breaded with almond flour and spices and a salad with romaine, peppers, shallots, cheese, broccoli and zuchinni topped with some homemade ranch.. YUM 🍴 total of 7 NET Carbs
Completed my goal of working put 5 days a week 👐🙌 plus I ran one day.. That was intense lol But I plan to get back out there :) Another work out done and lets get this day started!! 😎😎
