02/21, 2019(목) . 스트렝스 훈련에서 일주일 동안 에너지 강/중/약 분배의 필요성 . - Squat w/ belt: 130kg x 3 x 3set(last set shown) - Press w/ belt: 50kg x 3 x 3set(2nd set shown) - Benchpress, 2ct paused: 72.5kg x 5 x 3set(1st set shown) . 딱 일주일 전, 지난주 목요일 트레이닝 세션 때 내 코치님인 @mj_beastrength 코치님께서 이런 말씀을 하셨었다. “우리는 일주일에 쓸 수 있는 에너지가 한정되어 있고, 일주일간의 트레이닝 세션에서 이를 잘 조절해야 한다” . 더 자세히 설명하자면, 우리의 주당 에너지가 10이라고 가정해보자. 월요일 트레이닝 세션이 3(아주 잘됨), 화요일은 2.5(보통), 목요일은 2.5(보통)이라면, 마지막 금요일 트레이닝 세션은 2(잘 안됨)이 될 가능성이 높아진다. . 즉, 월,화 훈련이 잘 되었으면 목,금은 훈련이 잘 안될수도 있다는 것을 염두에 두어야 한다. 반대로 월,화 훈련이 잘 안되었으면 목,금 훈련이 잘 될것이라는 것을 예상 할 수 있다. . 여기서 중요한 포인트는, 월요일에 훈련이 잘 되지 않았는데(2/10), 화요일도 컨디션이 별로다 하면 화요일도 그에 맞춰서 2/10을 해야 한다는 것이다. 컨디션 & 힘은 비축되기 마련이다. 여기서 화요일에서도 “으...왜 잘 안되지?”, 하고 2.5정도 목표치를 맞추려 하다보면 당연히 oveshooting 하게 되고(2.5/10을 맞추려다 에너지를 3/10을 써버릴 것이다), 이는 목요일 훈련, 금요일 훈련에도 악 영향을 미칠 것이다. . 오늘 나의 훈련이 그랬다. 컨디션이 그리 좋지 않았다. . 솔직히, 월요일 세션은 내가 예상했었던 것보다 RPE에 따른 무게도 높았고 자세도 내가 느끼기에 굉장히 부드러웠다. 그래서 무게도 꽤 높게 할 수 있었고, 다음날 피로감도 평소보다 조금 컸다. . 음...오늘 훈련 가기 전 컨디션은? 약간의 피로감이 있기는 했지만 훈련하기에 지장은 없었다. 근데 코가 엄청 막혔다. 저번주 감기 이후 남아있는 콧물인지, 아니면 오늘 엄청 심한 미세먼지 때문인지는 모르겠지만, 비강 전체가 막힌 느낌 이었다. . 사실 이때 오늘 훈련은 조금 라이트하게 해주어야 되는 거를 알았어야 했는데.... . 나의 경우(다른 사람들도 그런지는 모르겠다), 컨디션이 좋지 않을 때 @7 이하의 무게에서 평소보다 더 힘들기 보다는 자세가 엄청 안좋아진다. . 예를 들면 - 스쾃: 내려갈 때 상체각 잡는 부분이 평소에 비해 상당히 아색해진다. - 프레스 & 벤치 프레스: 바벨을 밀 때, 양쪽이 동시에 올라가지 못하고 어긋나게 올라간다. - 데드리프트: 허리가 살짝 말리고, 셋팅 자체가 매우 힘들게 느껴진다. . 그래서 @7 까지는 자세는 평소보다 안 좋지만, 그래도 @7 정도라고 “개인적으로” 느껴지는데, 여기서 @8 무게를 평소 @8 하는 무게로 해버리면 자세도 망가지고, 무엇보다 @9 정도로 overshoot 해버린다. 그래서 @7->@8을 평소 증량하는 무게의 정반 정도의 무게만 증량하면 @8 처럼 느껴진다. . 사실 그래서 오늘 스쾃, 프레스 싱글에서는 overshoot 해버렸다. 백오프 세트, 2초 정지 벤치에서는 이를 감안해서 무게를 평소보다 조금 줄여 실시해 주었다. 몸에 무리가 가지 않게 말이다. . 음...내일은 다시 컨디션이 어느정도 회복되어서, 평균 만큼(2.5/10) 해주고 싶지만, 그건 내일 되봐야 아는 것이다. 내일 컨디션이 좋지 않아도 오늘과 같은 overshoot 실수를 반복하지 않기 위해 오랜만에 포스팅을 올린다! . #startingstrength #스타팅스트랭스 #barbellmedicine #바벨메디슨 #beastrength #비스트렝스 #squat #스쾃 #lowbarsquat #로우바스쾃 #press #프레스 #overheadpress #오버헤드프레스 #benchpress #벤치프레스 #pausedbench #정지벤치 #한주간컨디션조절하기

Still working on a position that works good for these. Leaning forward initially seems to be the most stable for me and facing my feet out a bit more. If I am too upright I end up going forward in the decent anyways, causing instability and the barbell to roll forward.
