, the iconic London restaurant currently chilling at number 85 in the San Pelligrino @theworlds50best
rankings. I've reviewed this place before earlier in the year but I do have to advertise it. It was one of Anthony Bourdain's fave places in London for a reason (RIP chef 🙏). Eating here is an educational experience, it opens your eyes to the possibilities of nose to tail eating. So while for some people they may be scared for some reason at eating hearts or bone marrow etc etc and not really enjoy it, some may enjoy it but not as much as another place and some are blown away, you will learn something about food!! To me that's so beautiful. So when @not_even_asain
asked me to do a food tour, this place couldn't be missed 🙅♂️ and ofc we got the roast veal bone marrow toast with parsley salad, and yes it does bang. We even saw Fergus Henderson (OG founder of restaurant) in house!! I was too shook I didn't ask to get a picture hahaha (regrets, lol).
PS: save the shell puppies. Reduce your plastic waste people x
