Ive wasted a lot of time just ‘thinking’ about things and pretending that was enough. ⠀
I’ve made excuses that I was ‘working on myself’ analyzing things and getting them ‘just right’. Sometimes that’s needed but ultimately it’s nothing unless you follow it up with ACTION. 💥⠀
It’s so easy to get caught up in waiting for the right time and making sure everything’s perfect, but it’s by taking action (big or small) that we learn what we want and don’t want. It reveals the path and leads us to the next step.⠀

The miserable cold I’ve had for the last couple days is asking me to slow my pace... so I’m spending mornings and evenings sipping tea with my sketchbook instead of packing in chores and errands. The house may be a mess, and I’ve had groceries delivered twice already since the weekend, but it feels sooooo good to get back into the swing of holding a pen, just for fun. (Not pictured: big ol’ pile of dirty tissues on the floor and all the sinus meds 😂🤧)
Hi everyone I’m a little late getting this out to you as I just came from my Dr apt which lasted longer than it was supposed to. Hope everyone having a great day and ready for a yummy recipe. Today I’m making Rustic Roasted Garlic Chicken with Asiago Gravy (Asiago is similar to Parmesan and Ramona cheese use for Italian recipes).The cheese brings the gravy to a nice creaminess that is so yummy.
This meal only takes about 30 mints to cook and can become a one pot meal if you add potatoes to it before throwing it in the oven to roast, turning into an easy clean up for you. I also have made this a few times by flouring the chicken really good before adding to the oil in which case you need to add 2 more tablespoons of oil before frying the chicken. When I bought this bathing suit online I didn’t know it had a this back. When I realized, I was super self conscious about wearing it and didn’t know if my body was thin enough or my ass fat enough (oh the joys of womanhood) to pull it off. And then I decided, fuck it, and wore it anyways. Then I was super self conscious about posting it for about 8 months, and I’m again deciding, fuck it. Bodies are beautiful. I decided to try @tropeaka
vegan lean protein because Australia is simply going crazy about them!
I created the topping of my pancake pile just mixing 2 tbs of water with 2 tsp of #tropeaka
Pancake fluffy recipe inspiration is from my beautiful @anto_lib
15 g coconut flour
15 g buckwheat flour
A pinch of baking soda and some cacao nibs to taste.
