4 weeks and a half weeks of strict dieting eating 5 times a day the right portions of food and carbs and training 6 days a week makes a big difference especially for growing muscle right now i am just building the muscle in a few months i will cut back my carbs and shred the excess fat to define my muscles i havent lost any weight over these past 4 weeks infact ive put on and ive been eating more food then what i was food is a big factor in muscle building and toning my body changes everyday some days i look more defined and others days i look bloated because my muscles are growing and changing but im so proud of the achievements i have made so far can definitely see i have a 6pack hiding under there ahah the last picture on the right was from lastnight can definitely tell my muscles are growing its all about the process trust the process!! #fitness #healthylifestyle #summerbodycomingsoon #workhard #motivation #workhardforit #summercomeatme #trainhard #adicted #lifestylechange #liveforfitness
Fitness isnt about being better than everyone else, it’s about being better that you used to be and seeing the visible progress in the mirror gives me motivation to keep going. I don’t have an overly strict diet. I still eat chocolate and drink alcohol but I just don’t over indulge. Personally I think if you’re too restrictive with your diet you’ll fall off the wagon and binge and then end up back to square 1, and I’ve done it all. This time round I work out 5 days a week with weights and cardio and I ensure I hit my daily protein intake. I try to eat lots of veggies, and limit the starches, but I will still enjoy the odd treat. 18minutes are missing because my heart rate monitor just stopped 😓 of all the time to stop it did during the treadmill sprints and hill climbs and intensity round (30 burpees 30 squat jumps 30press ups)
🙈😫😂😱 ......so the calorie burn and heart rate zones should be higher! Still happy with the 700+ calorie burn but most importantly the mental strength I showed myself today.
