You DO NOT need to take supplements to lose weight
You DO NOT need to restrict foods to lost weight
You DO NOT need to do tons of cardio to lose weight
You DO NOT need to cut your calorie intake to 1200 calories to lose weight -
I find a lot of people tend to over complicate fitness and nutrition.
What most people don’t know is when you initially go into a fat loss phase, the first 3-5 lbs is merely just flushing all that water retention.
You don’t need to take a fat loss stack or supplement to achieve this either.
Our bodies are incredible machines and aren’t meant to add extra crap to them to lose weight nor build muscle.
What they need is healthy fats, carbs, proteins & fiber, higher water intake, weight training and I say no more then 5 days cardio max.
Make sure to get enough sleep as this is SO important for recovery and please take time to destress as stress can cause cortisol to increase & so many other issues and it can hault your progress!

There are a lot of factors that play into fat loss and my point is don’t over complicate it and know you don’t need to spend money on crazy supplements because someone tells you you are going to lose so much weight in a short amount of time.
Also, I see too many people saying they have to stop eating “bad” foods and only “good” foods. We shouldn’t look At foods like that. Food is food, just be mindful and make sure you are fueling your body right. I fully believe in an 80/20 approach! Eat mainly Whole Foods 80% of the time & use that 20% to keep your sanity,keep your hormones & leptin levels in check as if these go off balance you will plateau. It’s also just so important not to restrict yourself as this can turn into an obsessive behavior & lead to binge eating. Listen,
Your health is more then just being skinny & looking a certain way, it’s a lifestyle that should be perceived as a long term thing & not a get slim quick thing💯
