If I had a twin...double trouble😆
I heard something today regarding the question of what we post and it’s purpose.... if I am to serve those who take the time to read this,
browse this, like this ... then who did I actually serve with this message ?
This clip is of me tonight, deadlifting 415lbs... something I’ve never done before... far more than double my body weight.... Is this merely a moment of ego? Have I served only myself here?
OR has this motivated someone to live their best and healthiest life?
To pursue challenges and ascend to new heights... to get back into a routine... or to envision themselves accomplishing something they’ve set out to do in this world... I hope I’ve helped someone today ... if not here... then maybe the lady I whom I chatted up regarding her Warriors shirt .... or the colleague I provided advice to..... or simply a stranger that i smiled at.... ------------ I've been spending more time in a seated position and I'm not enjoying the effect on my body.
There's a waterfall of effects that happen on the body but the short story is that sitting is terrible for you anatomically.
The posterior chain is a group of muscles on the back half of the body that are responsible for movement of your body.
Seems like a pretty important thing to work on if you enjoy moving amd being active.
I'm going to be working my way up to a 405# deadlift which given my current weight and age will be a damn impressive feat of 💪. Time to get to work...
try adding these to your workout & hate me but then love me afterward I swearrr 😝 honestly I still feel like I’m gonna fall every time I do box jumps and I’ve been doing them for like 3 years... not sure how I danced my whole life with my coordination? but I guess I just ain’t got the hops 😂🤷🏼♀️ also throwin it back w the music but still one of my favess 🤗
