Saturday sweat sess done ✅ I nearly didn’t bother my ass to go today, as I’m feeling abit shit due to not being able to take part in particular classes I want to do as I seem to be experiencing knee pain again 🙄. However I read a post the other day by @shapeupwithsher and it was very helpful. LISS is less likely to cause injuries on your body as it’s not as intense on the body in comparison to HIIT. Today consisted off 35 minutes on the cross trainer, 10 on the stair master and 25 minutes on leg weights followed by some stretching.
