When I first started working out with @phatboyaesthetics I started deadlifting at 135 or less then went up to 145 then 155 for 3-5 reps. Last month I hit 175x3 and now in August 185x2. Diagnosed with strep on Wednesday. In the gym on Friday. I tried some new things today. I dropped my squats down to 215 and did low bar squats with a wider stance and in Converse versus my lifters.
