Leg day today - warming up. Started with hamstrings. Because I feel hamstrings has to grow compared to quads. Work on weaker muscle first, so through out the workout your weaker muscle will activate and will be used. This method really works. I did for rear delts ( back shoulders) and it made a huge difference. A lot of people would deadlift anyways and probably get away with most of the time, but the risk of injury is way higher. . 🤗I adjusted, still got some work done and I feel much better for it. If you find the exercise ball leg curls too easy, try coming back to the starting position with only one leg. You are stronger when you straighten out your leg (compared to when you bend your knee), so you want to take advantage of that and pull with both legs, but come back with only one leg.
