Photo is from last Thursday, so a little over a week ago, had my food increased since then & 2 cheat meals + extras 🐷 so I think that this is gona be the last time I look/feel lean until next year. I’m massively bloated right now & feel like a big flump 🌝 one min I’m excited for gainz, the next I just wana do cardio 🤷🏽♀️ but I’m rolling with it! Hallo! Currently lying on the sofa in a carb coma after eating the biggest bowl of oats 😂 it was well and truly worth it though!! After a few weeks off I’m back in the routine of my 5am workouts (as hard as they are!). Cals have been upped slightly since the wedding ended and using the extra fuel for some solid workouts and to build some 💪
strength comes from within 💫

Celebrating passing my course in Nutrition and Weight Management with Garlic, Lemon and Herb Chicken and Veg with some cheese 🤫
In all seriousness, pre and post Highlands trip I have been working really hard to get my calorie intake down a bit. I’ve noticed that following famous weight management plans where calories aren’t counted have seen my portion size increase by about 300 calories a day. But what works for one person doesn’t work for another and monitoring my calorie intake is working for me. I’ve found it much more sustainable to spend the time shaving 100 calories off per week rather than going into a bigger deficit straight away and as long as I’m under my maintenance calories, I’m still counting the day as a success. Because of my issues with my digestion I’ve also started doing intermittent fasting between 7pm and 11am although 14 hours is my minimum. I’m also now phasing out processed food and refined sugar and I’m pleasantly surprised at how satisfying it is making things from scratch👩🍳

Oats and yoghurt is always my go to in the morning! I’ve been replacing whey protein a lot with alpro yoghurt because it adds so much more volume to the oats and also makes them creamier which is the dream ❤️ This is 40g oats 5g chia seeds cooked together and then add 200g alpro yoghurt 😍
Good morning!! Light pre workout breakfast before training this morning as I woke up starving but can’t workout on a full belly! I’ve got Fage Greek yoghurt topped with a nectarine l, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds ❤️❤️

Monday morning made so much easier having breakfast prepped for a post workout car meal! I had this with a good dr pita! First strength workout in a week and yes I feel sore but felt so good!
Soooo I have been doing lots of getting dolled up and going out lately.... can’t remember the last time I lifted a weight 🤣 did a couple of #hiitworkout
on my hols and was back at the gym yesterday for #tennis
- my wrists are seriously sore- so it appears that even a tennis racket is to heavy for me to lift now 😩

Thing is I don’t feel guilty for all the food I ate and workouts I didn’t do- my clothes still fit and I still feel good. Haven’t been on the scales and won’t- I’ll just get back to my normal routine and keep going 😬
