📈 SQUAT deep, GLUTE BRIDGE heavy, DEADLIFT impeccably. These 3 key lifts will develop your glutes & change your physique in the fastest manner possible! All effective bum exercises are variations of these 3 movements. So invest time into these rather than crab walks with a pop/house beat over the top. .
👊🏼 UNFOLLOW UNREALISTIC ACCOUNTS; of celebrities, models/Insta-famous ppl & those with pristine photo galleries (who don’t give you anything back). Comparison is the thief of joy - especially concerning a full time ‘grammer or person who’s won the genetic lottery. .
✅ FOLLOW FEMALE STRENGTH TRAINERS/POWERLIFTERS/ATHLETES. These will likely give you a much more accurate representation of effective training, hard work, non-edited (or less heavily edited) photos & a more normalised lifestyle.
