The good thing about breakfast hash is you can use whatever you want. There are no rules - use your imagination.
1.I roughly diced up 3 rutabagas and sautéed for a few minutes in 1 tbsp avocado oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and some sea salt. Then set aside.
2.In the same skillet, sautéed 2 chopped cloves of garlic, 2 sliced green onions, and 1 yellow bell pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
3.Added the rutabagas to the skillet, then added 2 sliced up @mightyspark
chicken and gouda sausages. Mixed everything together.
4.Created some pockets and cracked in 3 large eggs, then added 1oz shredded gouda cheese on top of the skillet.
5.Put in the oven at 375F until the egg whites had firmed up. The yolk was still runny. Removed, then added some sliced jalapeños, fresh @josiesorganics
cilantro crushed red pepper, salsa, and a dash of @tabasco
chipotle hot sauce.
