The Key to a Developed Back
The cobra backs of two previous clients @bonesehh33
These guys were able to achieve crazy results with their backs because of these three basic principles.
1. They were able to consciously stretch and squeeze the back muscles when training. A great tip on rowing movements especially is to bring the elbow towards the hip rather than thinking about bringing it as far back as you possibly can.
2. They trained their backs more than once a week increasing the weight gradually over time. Training one muscle group once per week isn't optimal for muscle growth.
3. They kept their protein intake high! A protein intake of around 1 gram per lb of body weight helps with muscle recovery and retention.
The road will go wherever you think it leads.
Clear your mind of "can't". You can do anything.
Build a better back and attack total body at the same time. Swiss ball alternated dumbbell last pullover is a fantastic way to vary your back routine and hit those late hard! Summer is coming! Don’t underestimate the value of a strong and beautiful back! ~Nicole♥️
Worked chest but still spreading lats, cant really tell but i have around a 28” waist right now so that’s nice at least
Hard work gives you wings 😂
Last week I broke out a stringer for the first time in about a year. Sent these to @goob_u
and told him...his response was “Put it back.” I guess I have some work to do. Go buy his preworkout, Crack’d. Link in bio.
