“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.” ~ Benjamin Franklin
People-Centric Principle #2
Effective Communication SUMMARY.
I wasn’t expecting to talk about this but it’s such an important topic affecting more and more people every day.
And, after hearing from my friend today, I felt I needed to say something.
Can you remember the last time you had a bad day?
The kind of day where you feel like giving up?
I know, we’re not supposed to talk about this because it’s not cool, and it doesn’t get likes or followers.
But, the reality is people are struggling and suffering in silence.
People from all walks of life.
Rich and poor.
Successful and unsuccessful.
Businessmen and stay at home parents.
Men, women and children.
We are all affected which means you are not alone.
The good news is, there are fundamental principles that when applied, will help you navigate the storms of life.
The first two principles may seem basic and cliche, but look around and you will see how few people are applying them.
The principles I’ll be sharing are the building blocks to help you become a people-centric leader who lives a purposeful and intentional life.
If this describes you, then tag someone you know and invite them on this journey with you and tell them you care about them.
The next principle is a superpower principle! You will never live or lead without them.
