Some days I eat carbs , other days I am completely keto , somedays I go to the gym, somedays I don’t , most days I do Intermittent Fasting, somedays I don’t 😜 this weight loss / fitness journey is allll about balance for me. This is Not my first rodeo. I once was in the best shape of my life.... damn do I miss that body lol. But I am getting her back, but honestly a better , healthier , stronger but most of all more humble version of that fit girl I was. . This journey is different because I will not kill myself trying to NEVER eat a carb or have a life. Lol. This time I WILL make it because I am balancing myself. Having freedom but also busting my ass and eating clean most days. We can do this !!! One day at a time. Be the best you. You are worth it babe. 🙌🏻💓 tonight’s dinner I kept it light because of my first meal today was a little heavier. I’ve been making this lemon , garlic , ginger chicken that has been my obsession and go to lol. So simple but soooo tasty. And my 4 year old loves it. What could be easier ? Lol.
