🍕🍕 🍕 Today I'm sharing my super simple gluten-free pizza recipe with you 🙌 1️⃣ Mix the Dry Ingredients: ∙ 400 g gluten-free flour (I used the one from @aldi_suisse *) ∙ 1 tsp salt ∙ 1 bag dry yeast 2️⃣ Mix the Wet Ingredients: ∙ 2.5 dl water, lukewarm ∙ 1 Tsp olive oil 👩‍🍳 Combine dry & wet ingredients and knead well until smooth. Wait for the yeast to raise. You can do so by leaving the dough in the oven at 50°C for 30 min. Then add whatever you like, bake until crispy & enjoy 😋 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ [🇨🇭] Heute teile ich mein glutenfreies Pizzateig Rezept 😁 1️⃣ Trockene Zutaten mischen: ∙ 400 g glutenfreies Mehl (ich habe das von @aldi_suisse benutzt*) ∙ 1 TL Salz ∙ 1 Päckli Trockenhefe 2️⃣ Feuchte Zutaten mischen: ∙ 2.5 dl lauwarmes Wasser ∙ 1 EL Olivenöl 👩‍🍳 Trockene & feuchte Zutaten gut vermischen & kneten bis der Teig kneten, bis er schön elastisch ist. 30 min bei 50 Grad im Backofen aufgehen lassen. 今天又來個牛肉料理啦~! 這次在大賣場買了一盒帶骨牛小排,牛小排肉質真的是很嫩,已經有點回不去肩肉的部分了,哈哈。 蘑菇黑胡椒牛小排- 材料: 牛小排 兩塊 蘑菇 一把(六至八朵) 大蒜 四瓣 鹽與黑胡椒 適量 蘿蔓葉 兩片 作法: 牛小排退冰後,雙面抹上鹽,切成適合入口的大小備用,蘑菇去除表面的土後,用手掰小塊,大蒜拍扁去皮,蘿蔓葉洗淨後瀝乾,切絲。 在鍋中放入大蒜以及牛小排拌炒(牛小排比較油,本身會出油,就沒有放油了),炒至表面熟了之後,加入蘑菇以及黑胡椒炒熟即可。將蘿蔓葉放置盤子上,再將蘑菇與牛小排放在葉子上就好囉! 蒜香菠菜- 材料: 菠菜 一把 大蒜 三瓣 豬油 少許 鹽 適量 作法: 菠菜洗淨後切段,大蒜拍扁去皮。 在鍋中依序放入豬油、大蒜、菠菜以及約一大匙的水,開火菜變扁後,再拌炒一下,最後加鹽調味炒軟即可。 #foodartblog #darktablemood #darkfoodphoto #darkfoodphotography #moodphotography #kitchn #food52 #food52grams #foodfluffer #recipe #instafood #foodporn #foodstyling #foodphotography #foodprojectofukraine #cookingathome #hocsupperclub #phottix #phottixindra500 #yahoo特級廚師 #宅宅太太的日常

Wegański sernik z nerkowców, bez pieczenia! Smakuje nawet lepiej niż ten klasyczny. 🤫😋🙈 ___________________________________ PRZEPIS: Spód: •150g daktyli •50g płatków owsianych •100g wiórków kokosowych Daktyle zalewamy wrzątkiem na ok.20 minut, a potem blendujemy z płatkami i wiórkami. Wylepiamy tortownicę i wkładamy do lodówki. Masa: •200g nerkowców (namoczonych w wodzie przez noc) •puszka mleka kokosowego (stała część mleczka) •2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej •5 łyżek syropu klonowego/miodu •sok z jedenej cytryny Nerkowce odczedzamy z wody. Wszystko blendujemy na gładką masę I wylewamy na spód. Ciacho leci do lodówki na caaałą noc, niestety trzeba na nie troszke poczekać, ale warto! 🤤💕

It’s still winter but I wish it was spring(rolls). Just kidding, I like winter ❄️ but you can still enjoy these spring rolls! I feel like I’m cooking less and less Chinese and Asian style food, mostly because it’s really hard to find the asian ingredients that I’m used to cooking with. I could go 20 minutes to Chinatown, but that’s so far 😛 ———————————————————————— Tofu Spring Rolls A block of tofu, cut into thin sticks Cornstarch Soy sauce Brown sugar Circular rice paper sheet Baby spinach 🌱 Hummus Red onions, sliced Carrots, julienned Avocado Lemon juice Method: - Heat a bit of oil in a pan - Toss the tofu with a pinch of cornstarch, then stir fry in the oil until browned - Once it’s crisp on all sides, season with a bit of soy sauce and brown sugar - Wet both sides of the rice sheet and place on a surface - Layer the ingredients on the paper, making sure any pointy edges are tucked in - Squeeze with a bit of lemon juice and roll them up - I bought the smaller sheets and that might’ve been a bad idea cuz these were really hard to roll!

Bakmi Rendang Kalau bikin rendang pasti porsinya banyak dan bisa untuk lauk 2-3 hari. Nah biasanya di hari-hari terakhir ini mulai-mulai bosan makan rendangnya. Aku jadi kepikiran untuk dimakan sama bakmi aja. Bikin kayak bakmi ayam, tapi toppingnya daging rendang yang sudah aku suwir-suwir dan bumbu rendang. Enak juga loh! Resep rendangnya bisa dilihat di postingan sebelumnya atau di klik di #pommestoryrendang . Bahan 1 porsi bakmi mentah 1 ikat sawi 2 sdm minyak ayam / minyak bawang 1 sdm kecap asin sejumput lada 2 potong daging rendang, suwir-suwir (jangan lupa pakai bumbu rendangnya yang banyak) . Feeling Fussy? We live in a time of too many environmental hormones which wreck our health. Excess Estrogen is a common occurrence and we see the bad effects too often. Women suffer from uterine fibroids, endometriosis, infertility and estrogen positive cancers, while men become more feminine and are often subject to an ugly trait called ‘man boobs’. I know you’ve seen It! Sadly more men are also getting breast cancer.now too. How does this happen? Very innocently... We ingest pesticides and GMOs from fruits and vegetables, we get bad hormones from meat, and we absorb estrogen from plastic containers, shampoos and even cash register receipts. It’s hard to live one day without encountering too many estrogen triggers. If you suspect that estrogen dominance may be your problem, you can rid yourself of this harmful hormone daily. I made some Brussels Sprouts today because this veggie, just like cauliflower and broccoli, are great estrogen blockers. Since you can’t eat 50-60 servings of these veggies daily though, I recommend DIM. DIM supplement is derived from these cruciferous veggies and it will gently clear excess estrogen from your system. It’s All Natural too. Try 100 mg daily for a while and see if you don’t feel and look better soon. And also try to be aware of what you eat and what you touch daily (no bpa’s Please). This will help DIM do an effective estrogen scrub on you. Roasting like I did today is a Great way to Enjoy your cleanse but don’t leave out the DIM supplement - you’ll need this heavy-duty dose to get your hormones back in check. Wild Mushroom Infused Butter, perfect for searing meats or veggies! No, it's not super old, fungas-y butter. It is a wild mushroom infused, very complex and earthy butter, and adds a delicious, amazing umami to meat or veggies. I've even tried it on toast, and it was delicious. Make this infused butter today and try it on everything you can! ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Mushroom Infused Butter ⁣ ⁣ 1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms, divided ⁣ 1 ounce mixed wild dried mushrooms 1/2 cup salted butter, at room temperature ⁣ 1/2 to 1 teaspoon kosher salt ⁣ ⁣ Place about 0.5 ounce porcini mushrooms and 1 ounce mixed wild mushrooms in small bowl. Cover with boiling water to cover mushrooms. Cover and set aside 10 to 20 minutes or until mushrooms are soft. Drain mushrooms (save mushroom water for something else like soups or gravy), and squeeze out excess water. Thinly slice mushroom pieces and set aside. Place remaining porcini 0.5 ounce mushrooms in clean coffee grinder and grind to fine powder. Place softened butter in food processor fitted with metal blade. Add porcini powder, half of sliced porcini mushrooms, and salt to butter. Blend until well mixed and butter is smooth (you'll have to scrape down the sides of the food processor bowl a couple of times). Using rubber spatula, scrape butter onto sheet of plastic wrap. Roll into log shape. Place reserved porcini slices on top of butter and wrap tightly. Twist ends of plastic closed. ♥️ Gooey Sweet Potato Skillet Brownie ⏲ Under 30 mins | Serves 4 Happy #ValentinesDay to you all! 🥰 Hope you are spending the day with your friends, family, significant other, or some self-love 💕 I will be spending it enjoying this DELICIOUS Sweet Potato Brownie 😍 Like DANG y’all...this is the gooiest brownie I have ever had & I am lovin’ every bite of it 🤩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recipe📝 Wet Ingredients: ▫️3/4 Medium Sweet Potato ▫️1 Pastured Brown Egg (@vitalfarms ) ▫️1 tsp Vanilla Extract ▫️1 tbsp Honey ▫️1 tbsp Coconut Oil (@vitacoco ) ▫️1/4 cup Almond Butter (@maranathanutbutters ) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dry Ingredients: ▫️1/4 cup Cocoa Powder (@hersheys ) ▫️1/2 tsp Baking Soda ▫️1 tbsp Almond Flour (@natureseats ) ▫️Pinch of Salt ▫️Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (@enjoylifefoods ) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Icing: ▫️1/4 Medium Sweet Potato ▫️1 cup Powdered Sugar ▫️1/4 Cocoa Powder ▫️1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract ▫️3-4 drops Red Food Coloring ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat oven to 425°. Add your whole medium sized sweet potato (I like to cut it in half so it’s easier to cook evenly). Roast in the oven for 45 mins. Once the SP is ready, cut 3/4 of it (saving the other 1/4 for the icing). Add to a blender, along with all the other wet ingredients. Blend until there are no lumps (this just helps to easily purée the SP rather than mashing it yourself). Lower the oven to 350°. In a bowl, evenly mix together all your dry ingredients except the chocolate chips. Then mix in the wet ingredients. Lastly, add in as many chocolate chips as you’d like. The batter is now ready! Pour into a 6.5” skillet (or any baking dish) & spread evenly. Cook in the oven for 20-25 mins. This will allow the center to be super moist & gooey 🤤 While that’s cooking, blend all your ingredients for the icing in your blender. Add to a piping bag so it’s ready to go! Once the brownie has cooked, allow it to cool for 15 mins before icing it. So I thought I’d spread the love by sharing these delicious breakfast tacos I made 😍 Probably one of my faves & so easy to make 👌🏼 Mouth is watering just from looking at them! 🤤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Taco Deets👇🏼 ▫️2 Cassava & Chia Tortillas (@sietefoods ) ▫️1/2 small Sweet Potato, cubed ▫️2 Sunny-Side Up Eggs (@vitalfarms ) ▫️Handful of Spinach ▫️1 Small Avocado, sliced ▫️Seasonings - Chili Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Garlic, Salt & Pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In a pan, sauté your cubes sweet potato in some olive oil. After 1-2 mins, add in your seasonings. Cook on low-medium heat for 8-10 mins. Cover to allow the steam to soften the sweet potatoes. Set aside once cooked. In the same pan, crack in two eggs & cook until eggs whites have set. Then heat up your tortillas for about a min on each side. 👉🏼 Build your TACO! 🥯 Homemade Bagels ⏲ 15 mins Prep Time | Serves 4 Homemade bagels for the win 🙌🏼 I have been enjoying these bagels since I made them & they’re the perfect breakfast 🤤 Happy Monday!! 🙃 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️1 cup Whole Wheat Flour (@bobsredmill ) ▫️2 tsp Baking Powder ▫️1/2 tsp Baking Soda ▫️Pinch of Salt ▫️1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (@siggisdairy ) ▫️Egg Wash (egg white or beaten whole egg) ▫️Everything Bagel Seasoning (@wholefoods ) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat the oven to 375°. In a mixing bowl, add in your flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt. Whisk together until evenly combined. Then add in your Greek Yogurt & mix. The dough should be crumbly. On a clean surface, lay down some more flour & pour out your dough. Using your hands, start to knead the dough a few times. You want the dough to be tacky but not sticking to your hands. Continue to knead & add flour to the surface as you go. Once the dough is ready, shape into a ball & cut into 4 even parts. Roll out each into a thin cylinder & connect to form a ring. Add to a parchment lined baking dish. After all 4 bagel rings are complete, use a brush to coat the tops with the egg wash. Then sprinkle on your everything bagel seasoning (the more, the better 🤪). Now they are ready to bake! Bake in the oven for roughly 25 mins. The tops should be a nice golden brown. 🍕 Naan Breakfast Pizza ⏲ Under 20 mins | Serves 1 It’s #NationalPizzaDay & what better way to celebrate than with a breakfast pizza!? 🍳 Not sure why I have never made pizza for breakfast before but I sure have been missing out...🤯 This was sooo tasty & the yolk 🤩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deetz👇🏼 ▫️1 Plain Naan ▫️Roasted Garlic Pizza Sauce ▫️2 cloves Garlic, minced ▫️Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (@kraft.naturalcheese ) ▫️Handful of Spinach, sliced ▫️1 Cage-Free Brown Egg (@vitalfarms ) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat the oven to 425°. Layer your naan with all the ingredients except the egg. Bake in the oven for 10 mins. I like to cook it directly on the grills so the naan can get really crispy. Then after 10 mins, crack an egg in the center. Be careful for any drips. Cook for another 5 mins or until the egg whites have set. 🥜 Criss-Cross Peanut Butter Cookies ⏲ Under 15 mins | Yields 25 Cookies Happy Fri-YAY!! 🥳 Throwing it back to these delicious & easy pb cookies 😍 Wish I was munching on some right now...while treating myself to a manicure right now 💅🏼 Guess I’ll just have to make a quick batch once I get home 🤷🏽‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recipe📝 ▫️1 cup Peanut Butter (@justins ) ▫️3/4 cup Rolled Oats (@bobsredmill ) ▫️5 Dates, pre-soaked ▫️1 Cage-Free Brown Egg (@vitalfarms ) ▫️2 tbsp Honey ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Chocolate Coating (optional) - ▫️1/2 cup Chocolate Chips, melted (@enjoylifefoods ) ▫️Coconut Oil (@vitacoco ) ▫️Sea Salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat oven to 350°. In a food processor, add in the oats & process until fine & flour-like. Set aside in a bowl. Then add in the dates & pulse until they are evenly chopped. Add the oat flour back in as well as all the remaining ingredients (excluding the “optional” ones). Then use a 1 tbsp measuring spoon to scoop out the batter & roll into balls. Add to a parchment lined baking sheet & press down with a fork, creating a classic “criss cross” shape. Place the baking dish in the oven & cook for 8-10 mins. Meanwhile, add the chocolate chips & a little bit of coconut oil to a bowl & melt in the microwave. Once the cookies are baked, dip them in the bowl of chocolate & sprinkle with some sea salt.
