I changed it up today and did a maple almond butter instead of peanut butter, and I don’t add the salt because I really don’t think it needs it.
Also, you’re supposed to put the oats and coconut in a blender or food processor first, but I don’t like having the extra step or the extra bowl to clean, so I just throw it all into a bowl, mix it together, roll into balls, then stick in the fridge.
