Bit of a change to my training schedule this week. I’m not keen on hitting my normal strength class post kettles workout, as I’m too fatigued to get much out of it. So, I’m switching my strength workouts to home - might as well get some use out of my gym here! from @schukinsasha - Появилась идея ноги поработать медленно, а плечевой пояс быстро и асимметрично. Ну и понятно, что этот конфликт повеселит корсетные мышцы. Вес гирь или гантелек нужно подбирать такой, чтоб одной рукой можно было около 20 подъёмов сделать - тогда ногам, в режиме 3 жима на один сед, хватит. Это про первое упражнение. Второе - классика, с таким углом, чтоб на 7-8 повторений уже отказ. И TRX-hinge с выходом в планку на одной ноге - очень занятно, рекомендую) #trx #trxart #makeyourbodysmart #kettlebells
