“I, like most people probably, joined Recon to get more motivation and structure on my fitness routine and liked the boxing/MMA inspired, group workouts. I got this one from @kettlecam who got it from @mavericksfieldhouse thanks for posting and sharing a great little workout. 12:00 OTM of 2 cleans and 2 squats. I went with Dbl 24kg bells tonight because I squatted heavy yesterday. And OTM's always sneak up on you. Finished off with 12 x 2 strict press with Dbl 24kg. Pretty stoked about this because it is the most volume of strict press I have done with 24kg bells. Moving strong with kettlebells tonight to stay strong tomorrow. The double kettle bell swing is an amazing exercise to develop strength throughout the entire kinetic chain used in jumping. As an added bonus, it offers a bigger range of motion than traditional KB swings. Couple pointers—keep those feet close so you don’t hit your knees with the kettle bells, and start light.
