This is my perfect way to start a Sunday, delicious Scottish smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, a glass of unsweetened almond milk and freshly brewed coffee 😋 😋 🥚 🥚 🐟 🥛 ☕️ 👨🍳 🍳 🍽
INGREDIENTS (per person)
• 2 large free range eggs
• 100g smoked salmon
• 25g butter
• generous pinch fresh chives
• salt & pepper to taste
METHOD 👨🍳 🍳 ***
Roughly chop the smoked salmon and finely dice the chives, set to one side. In a non stick frying pan melt the butter over a medium heat, whisk the eggs with a little salt and add to the pan, stir gently for about 3 minutes until softly cooked. Turn off the heat and fold in the chopped smoked salmon. Serve and sprinkle with the chives and freshly ground black pepper. ENJOY! 😊

One month in, 9kg down! Keto diet combined with intermittent fasting works.
What to do to succeed? DO NOT follow blindly what people on YouTube say. Take what they say as general guidelines and tips, as everyone's body is different and everyone has a different lifestyle and commitments. I for example, play football twice a week, so I need a bit more carbs and protein on those days.
One piece of advice I can give though is to prepare your meals in advance, buy an electronic kitchen scale, invest in a good chopping board and knives and try new recipes, or twist existing recipes to comply with the keto diet. In the picture above I have prepared 1.5kg worth of beef mince into burgers and put them in the freezer. I dont have to worry about it for 2 weeks now, just thaw and cook.

Can't stand. Can't sit. Can't lay. What I can do is say fuck it, carry on and go eat some cheesecake because resting and recovery doesn't mean you've quit, it means you've found a happy balance and everything is good. 👑
