Down 2.2lbs 🌀 I’ll take it! I was a bit over my target of 22 net several days as we were waiting on Hurricane Florence to make her arrival so I was at home more and eating more. While I’m still losing, it’s kicked my numbers off slightly so that my rate of loss is down from what it was. I’m not sure if I should tweak my macros NOW or wait until I have stopped losing before I make changes. I do know the easiest change would be just to cut back on net carbs - keeping them at 20g or less a day - instead of my current 22-25g. Since I don’t currently have a @ketomojo
(it’s on my ‘to get list’) I haven’t been able to test and see how certain things affect me. One reason I’m planning on getting one (it’s not a requirement to do #keto #lchf
but I did have gestational diabetes when I was pregnant (9 😳 years ago) and they advised me then it could develop into diabetes later in life. I haven’t had blood work in several years to determine anything or check on anything, but I can probably head it off by using Keto. So, I’m going to stick with it! #MyKeto
is sustainable and works for me. That’s the best part and that’s what I need.
