*Trying to get back into ketosis cuz ya know, this summer has been a rough one (diet/food wise). I would do really good all week, then the weekend and life would happen. Events, were going on, trips etc. Not really an excuse but, it is what it is and I'm trying to get back on track now. I can REALLY tell a difference in my body, mood and even sleep when I'm not eating like I should. So for now I'm struggling with cravings, I feel more hungry than normal (still NOTHING like it was 100 pounds ago tho!) So I'm eating more, but I'm eating keto! I also feel more tired than when I am in ketosis (a good clue to tell me that I'm back in ketosis, I will have so much more energy!!) I'm also working on making sure I drink lots of water...very important, and I notice a BIG difference in my body and weight loss when I drink lots of water. *
*I know I'm not alone in this. I know other people have and are experiencing the same things (as I sit here and watch @highfalutinlowcarb
newest video on YouTube) its life ya'll! We aren't 100% ALL the time! I know friends and family, and some of you here on Instagram are right along with me. I'm not perfect by any means. I'm working on getting back on track. I WILL get back on track and I WILL get back into ketosis!
