Filled 🌶 (recipe below) ____________________________________ INGREDIENTS (4 people): - 3 sweet peppers - 1 onion - 3 carrots - olive oil - rosemary & thyme - 200 g of basmati rice - 400 ml of vegetable bouillon - 200 ml of passata - 150 g of goat cheese METHOD: 1) peel & chop the onion and carrots 2) prepare 1 sweet pepper and dice it 3) heat your olive oil and add the carrots, onion and bell pepper and cook for about 5 minutes 4) add the rice together with the veggies and boil for 2 extra minutes 5) add the bouillon & passata and cook for +-20 min at a low temperature 6) add pepper and salt 7) preheat the oven at 175’C 8) halve the other 2 sweet peppers 9) fill your peppers with the rice & crumble some goat cheese 10) bake for about 30 minutes and enjoy 🤗🤗

Nutella brownie brittle: 1/2 cup @bobsredmill hazelnut flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 3 tbsp @navitasorganics cacao powder 1/2 cup coconut sugar A few squirts of vanilla liquid stevia (or more coconut sugar to taste) 1/4 tsp pink salt 2 @vitalfarms egg whites 1/4 cup coconut oil melted 1 tsp hazelnut extract or vanilla Chocolate & any other add ins you want! Whisk dry ingredients together. In large bowl, whisk wet ingredients. Slowly mix in dry ingredients until combined. Then fold in chocolate chips, nuts, etc. spread onto lined baking sheet into rectangle. The thinner, the more crispy they’ll get. Bake at 325 for about 15 min. Take out of oven and cut into squares. Bake again for another 10 min. Remove and let cool.
