🇦🇫: Kadhu-e-Borani - a popular Afghan dish (アフガン料理). Sweet and savory soft butternut squash braised in a cornucopia of spices topped with a mint yoghurt garlic sauce. KeB is luscious: an explosion of flavors and texture - garlic, yoghurt, tomatoes, mint, turmeric, cumin, and other spices. Borani is an Iranian yoghurt based appetizer which is popular in Caucasia countries. Perhaps another classical dish from the Silk Road. Although Kadhu means pumpkin in Dari, butternut squash is often substituted in this dish. As the Afghans would say, Ischtia khoob, or bon appetit.
