Today is some workouts from a girl that I like to follow named Kaisafit she is very fun and entertaining workouts some are a little hard at first so I have made a video to show you walk up easier ways to maybe get to the harder ones cuz they are very good confident builders and great to use as big term tests how far your skills have come #kaisafit

Varying my moves to connect upper and lower body and improve my body awareness in space.
Still were testing almonds. So looks like in large quantities it triggers Allergic Colitis for baby Nina. It is not a full blown but I am starting to see string and mucous in her stool. As for me, my knees are acting up and I had very low energy. So no more almond flour goodies for us. But that’s ok. I think it seems that is it in limited quantities and far apart it is something we can have so I might save it for holidays when I know we are around family and baby Nina might want to have something. In that case is can bake it so it looks like regular cookies and such. I also have green banana flour that I want to try. It might be even come out better then almond flour so very excited about trying it out.
Connecting the dots.....or should I say body parts through movement. So used to training this or that muscle it takes conscious effort to make sure my whole body is working as one.

Almond Flour Zucchini Bread. Surprise no zucchini 🤣. I also used used collagen gel eggs instead of eggs 🥚 since baby Nina’s allergic Colitis is aggravated by them and my joint pain comes back (have to start my own hen farm so I can have some eggs 💡). I finally got to use almond flour since Nina is ok with almonds now. Yes. We did a food test the other day where I had some and it came out all good. Today I got to enjoy homemade Lox (I know I am so versatile 😊) and Almond Flour Carrot Baguettes 🥖 with lox and tomato 🍅 and lettuce. It was amazing. I also realized that when you need to modify your diet to help you heal it is not about substitution by rather allowing your mind to be open to new tastes and possibilities. It is not about proof that someone else healed already but about changing how you follow others peoples path to heal yourself. You are unique and so are the ways you can heal. Happy Sunday.
Getting more comfortable with upside work so I trying to include it in the flow. I am also using a #FreeForm
disk which I got years ago and love how easily it glides and the variety that it gives to a workout. I also cannot stop talking on how great it feels to be pain free and be able to #move
. We n the past when someone said they were in pain I would say work through it but then it hit me like s Tom of brick what do you do when you cannot. When stretching and rest is not enough. You keep looking for solution. Do not give up. Mine was found through food. We are what we eat.
Two variations of a whole body move. I will tell you I had to say progress is better then nothing. Our house is still a huge mess from the Reno and I am pretty overwhelmed with it. But I wanted to make sure that I have space to work for out after we come back from vacation. So I said a little is better then nothing and I cleaned out a bit of space and made peace with what I got. As you can see there is so much more to go but I do get to workout and that is the way I get my energy and handle stress.
Two whole body stretches. This flow help me slow down enough to stretch while keep moving. I know does not make much sense but it works for me so I can keep coming back for more.
Combing strength and stretch moves helps to save time since I have so many other on my plate. This way I still get to workout. Oh and struggle for balance on the third move was on. Happy Monday 😊.
Going back home today. So sad leaving the beach 🏖 but we had a great time and weather was really good.

Did not want to workout. I wanted to move but my brain 🧠 fought so hard and dragged down since I have so far to go. But I prevailed. If I do not start today I will be at the same place two years from now. Nowhere closer to where I want to be. So today was a huge win. 😊
Ruff night with baby Nina and only running on few hours of sleep but decided to go for it anyway. My hips are feeling stuck to today’s flow is all about those hips 🍑 and timed pace vs. sets since I am not sure when I need to put Nina to nap 😴. And you will notice a slower pace of my movement to really help with deeper stretchers. @the_healing_kitchen_diary
