Squat was good today. No, you’re not seeing things - I actually wrote that. Today I saw things I’ve improved on, I felt confident, and I felt strong. Seeing the flaws didn’t defeat me, instead they fuelled me. 💪 All that being said, I accidentally didn’t follow program and did a 5x5 instead of a 5 rep max. Seems I should check my program a little sooner than starting accessories. 185 lbs, up 10 from my last 5x5. Fourth set shown.

and.... I feel amazeballs after it. The mental battle to do exercise of any form is quickly sorted by a "the sooner you start, the sooner you finish". Heart rate definitely isn't as high now, am I getting used to it again? Or maybe not just pushing myself. 10k on the bike 19.40 legs felt a little like a john wayne walk 😂😂😂. Was a nice wee session even if I do say so myself. Well done to everyone that smashed their training goals, ran or just had a great day! Good luck to all the runners tomorrow doing the Belfast half!! I am super excited about this past week!! I have had such an amazing week! A lot of firsts for me! On Monday I did my first ever kipping pull up✔️ Tuesday was my rest day. Wednesday I did my first ever handstand ✔️ Thursday I PRd on a 1000 meter row by 20 seconds!😮I went from 4:32 to 4:12!!✔️ Friday I PRd my push press✔️ and today.....my first work out with pull ups since doing my first on Monday.....I did a total of 64!!!✔️. And last but definitely not least .... I’m so incredibly excited to say that I am now a brand ambassador for @bejuststrong

SHOULDER DAAAAYYYY ❤✌😍💪🦄🎉Two of my three circuits today and I went up in weight!!!! 🏋️♀️ Shoulders with 10 pounds has been a goal for a while now. Finally hit it without failing halfway and dropping back to 5s! Finished both circuits with HIIT. Had to turn off the volume because I was panting so much 🤷♀️🦄 Also on the look out for spandex that don't ride up, and for 7.5 and 12.5 weights 💪 •
