Had an incredible 5 day trip to DisneyWorld, Florida along with family. This place is a Dream Come True for every child. We had planned to visit this incredible place 2 years ago, but then made a commitment with family that we will get to CEO level at my firm, and then visit here as a reward. Make sure to work hard, but then also make sure to celebrate your milestones as well. .
Walt Disney was an incredible Dreamer. We all have Dreams, but somehow while growing up, majority of people let go of those Dreams and become more “Realistic”. When you work on making your Dreams a Reality, then your work becomes your Passion. With Passion, you Want To wake up every day to go to work and do great things, and then eventually you will find the true purpose of your life. .

A verdade é que temos que viver cada momento, cada segundo, amando, sorrindo, chorando, se emocionando, pensando, agindo, querendo, conseguindo, caindo, levantando... E só assim, é possível chegar àquele momento do dia em que a gente diz: "Graças à Deus, deu tudo certo!" Hoje foi dia de longão, pra mim... não aquele longããoo, da maioria dos meus amigos phodásticos, mas o “longão da Vaninha”, no “pace Vaninha”, com a “câimbra nos dedos dos pés da Vaninha”, com a “falta de ar da Vaninha”... e que, qdo terminou, eu falei: “Santa Endorfina, graças à Deus, deu tudo certo!” Sempre dá... 🙌🏼🏃🏻♀️💨✌🏼🍀☀️🌈♥️

What do you do for recovery?

Besides rest, nutrition, and hydration, there’s other things you can do to speed recovery. Stretching, yoga, massage, and my
@theragun have really increased recovery time.

The formula to muscle gains is working out a muscle group then recovery, then working out that muscle group again. The more you can replicate this the better the results. So recovery=gains. Focusing more on recovery will really help you up your game as it has mine!

Reps 36-40 from today’s programming. Week 4 starts Tuesday, just in time for the first open workout!!! If my deads felt as good as my squats, I’d be an amazing strongman competitor. Guess we always want what we can’t have 😂😂 I’ll keep working on it anyways
