In our push buttom microwave mentality world most people want the easy solution that doesn't require them to put in any effort. Well guess what, there is no magic pill, wrap "easy fix" out there that will do all of those things I just listed above, it's called exercise. It's moving your body with intention for 15-30 minutes every day in a way that will get your heart rate up. Thirty minutes, that's only 4% of your day!
Is it always easy to get it in every single day? No, it's not always easy. I'm busy too with a crazy always changing schedule but with my workouts at my fingertips 24/7, I make sure to get it in daily!
Last time I checked, anything worth having takes effort, dedication and drive. Sometimes it's damn hard but it's ALWAYS worth it! ALWAYS! Stop looking for the easy way out and commit today to taking a tiny fraction of your day to MOVE! Trust me, you won't regret it!!
