We are constantly told we should be happy, content, grateful...
If only that was how life worked. One thing I want to impart on everyone is that it’s ok to be sad or angry at things. Emotions are ok. But we constantly try everything we possibly can to get away from them. We turn to food or booze or drugs. We do everything we can to avoid feeling things.
There is a reason you feel like you do. Avoiding it, anesthetizing it will only kick the can down the road.
Figure out what is wrong in your life and work on it. Goals won’t solve it. Abs won’t solve it. Winning a race or setting a new PR won’t solve it. But the lessons you learn along the way just might help. It’s the journey that we learn from.

No one has it all together and everyone is figuring this life out. So relax, take the pressure off thinking you must be perrrfect or have all the answers.

11 lbs later and here I am! Because.. life. 🤷🏻♀️
At one point I was at 110 lbs (my lightest)
Then past couple years I hit a plateau between 115-118 lbs with consistent meal preps + staying active..
I decided a year ago to take a break from the prep life + gym (because we’re only human). I still ate portioned meals (mainly all the yummy carbs and sweets 🤪(that lead me to 131 lbs🤢) + cardio around the neighborhood.. all in all I just had to mentally take a breather.. and it felt great!
Currently at 126 lbs (no shame) gains went to the right places💪🏼😆
Ready, re-focused, re-challenging in rebuilding a better version of meee 😏
