Been trying to find my #fit
again let's just say I last about 5 minutes on the treadmill.
You can do it!!!! Just push your limits. Most of my friends tell me their friends think I workout a lot and I'm really fit. Size doesn't determine how #fit
you are. You can be a skinny fat person. And I definitely don't like to feel wobbles. Especially when you feel and see it around your #abdominal
area. Fact of the matter, the only time I really attempt to is when I've actually posted. I try to keep an active #lifestyle
so I'm always on the go. Even when I walk my paste is fast. I have found it real hard to get #toned
like I once was before my fracture. Having a typical girly mentality at the moment where I'm trying to tone up so I can fit into my gown. I've even broken zips busting out in all places. Instead of maintaining a healthy outlook all year round. Try to keep a well balanced meal, more fruits and vegetables, stay well hydrated and #fight4fit
