This week has only just begun but I am already over it. I have worked over 23 hrs in the last two days and all the driving is really pooping me out too. As soon as I got to my hotel today I immediately got comfy and hopped into bed then 2 hrs later I wake up drooling all over myself 🤤 lol. These holidays definitely keep us busy and me very tired. I’ve taken a break from working out the last 2 days because I just don’t have the energy/getting off so late. With how crazy the last couple days have been I haven’t worried about missing it since I’ve been running like a madwomen to get my work done so I’m not too upset about it. It’s okay to take a break and rest your body, I know I’m moving a lot during the day so I’m still being active. Tomorrow shouldn’t be as long so I hope to get back early enough to workout then relax the rest of the evening.

In honor of #transformationtuesday
I’m taking time to love and appreciate my self. I used to be so self conscious of my arms - you can ask anyone close to me. Every shirt whose sleeves would come past the elbow, I refused to even try on. It was a part of me that I hated to show off.
And when I had to (because it was 90 degrees and I was on a boat in Miami, like in the picture on the left), I criticized myself and deleted every photo, not wanting to remember how uncomfortable I was instead of the incredible day that I had.
Fast forward to today ‼️ I couldn’t staring at myself, at my arms in the mirror during my workout. The change, the muscle, the strength, through the struggle, the confidence I have in myself now. It’s really fucking hard to stay dedicated and commit to your goals everyday, but you know what’s harder? Allowing yourself to feel insecure because of what you look like. I’ll never be in that place again.

About 2.5kgs down, strength is still going up, feeling top notch 😎
My last check in was VERY average, that week I hurt my back and I was having digestion issues, so I didn’t make ANY progress, almost felt like i regressed but I just kept pushing and things are moving again 🥳
Don’t get stressed and throw the towel in if you have a bad week, use it as a reason to work even HARDER. It’s not easy but it’s always worth it ✌️
Taking a walk of faith that everything will work out how it should. Sometimes I make decisions that I don’t know the outcome to in hopes that it will all turn out good. Most times it works in my favor but sometimes it doesn’t and in those moments I do pay the consequences. Nothing like the growth you go through that comes from paying consequences.
