ليش دايماً جوابي بكون لازم تفحص عند طبيب لما تجيني ‏اسأله عن الإصابات!! خلينا ناخد اصابات الكتف على سبيل المثال ‏في الحالة الأولى مُتلازمة سريريّة تحدث عند تعرُض وتر الكفّة المُدوّرة ( مجموعة العضلات وأوتارها التي تعمل لتُثبت الكتف ) للتهيُج والالتهاب. يتسبب هذا الخلل في التسبب بالألم , ضُعف وعدم المقدرة على تحريك الكتف . ‏في الحالة الثانية تمزق الكفة المدورة الكفّة المدورة هي مجموعةٌ من العضلات والأوتار المحيطة بمفصل الكتف، ووظيفتها هي الإبقاء على رأس عظام الذراع ثابتةً في تجويفها في عظمة الكتف. تسبب إصابات الكفة المدورة ألمًا في الكتف، يزداد سوءًا عند النوم على ذلك الجانب المصاب. ‏ في الحالة الثالثة ‏التهاب في أوتار الكتف بسبب استعمال حركات معينة لمدة طويلة من دون راحة مناسبة. بمجرد ماتبعت رسالة ان كبتن عندي الم في هي المنطقة مستحيل اقدر اعرف لا انا ولا غيري شو المشكلة لان احتمالات كثيرة فلاتعتمد علي او على اي كبتن لما الموضوع بيتعلق بصحتك وسلامة جسمك! __________________________________

A good friend of mine sent me this quote last night. It’s by psychiatrist and author M. Scott Peck and it goes, “Until you value yourself, you won't value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it.” ___ This is something that I have to remind myself everyday. I’ve made plenty of excuses the last few months to not do certain things. I always came up with reasons why I didn’t have the time to do it. Truth is we all have the same 24 hour day. What you value you will give time to and find a way to make it happen. How easy is it to get caught up in checking your social feed. Look at your screen time app and you’ll be surprised how much time you’ve actually spent on it. Maybe prioritizing an extra 10 minutes to do whatever task it is you want to do instead of scrolling will allow you to get it done. ___ Again, I’m trying to figure this thing out too. That’s why this quote spoke out to me so much. Two personal goals I have is to read a book for 30 minutes a day and meditate for 10 minutes. Just like my training these two habits are going to be at the top of my value list ensuring that I have enough time during the day to do them. Every second matters. Remember that. Make today count. ___ What are some things you’ve been meaning to do but haven’t had the time for?
Want a bigger deadlift and better positioning, try focus on this. 1️⃣ foot placement, preferably for conventional deadlift feet straight using your toes to grip and drive through the balls of your feet. Narrow stance preferred for my body and directly under my hips. 2️⃣bar placement close to the shins, shift back so you can drag straight up your shin. 3️⃣ drive knees out against your arms, your feet will want to twist out but by gripping with your foot properly you create more torque. 4️⃣grip, preferably overhand / hook grip if needed 5️⃣ sit with your hips high and scapular pulled down. Try not to sit into it like a squat, depending on mobility you should be above 90 degrees. ⭕Why do some people have a more difficult time losing weight than others?⭕ . First lets talk about uncontrollable factors: . 1. Genetics: they play a big role in how easily someone loses or gains weight. Take my example, I had been skin tight ripped year long, and to achieve and maintain that I never had to do any cardio ( just weight training, and low calorie diet ). . 2. Gender differences play a major role, men tend to lose abdominal fat more easily than women. And by sayin that I doesn't mean women can't lose abdominal fat. Don't lose faith girls! Remember this consistency beats everything, keep going you will get there. 😎 . However there are additional controllable fctors as well . 1. Amount of muscle mass one have: As we know muscle is metabolically active tissue, the more the lean mass, the more is metabolic rate and more easily one can lose weight with more muscle mass. Though calories consumed at rest by muscle mass are not that impressive but they can contribute to significant weight loss in long Run ( only when caloric intake is controlled alongside ) . 2. People who have more weight to lose or are obese experience faster weight loss at start due to decreased caloric intake and increased physical activity, because their baseline is Often a very high calories diet. . 💣💣Finally, most important factors are BEHAVIOURAL FACTORS, some people are more successful at losing weight and maintaining it because of their better adherence with regular physical activity and healthy eating habits ( low calorie diet).

Here's my advice to you guys trying to grow muscle: Commit to the bulk. Am I more flabby than I would like to be right now? Yes. Would I look better if I was leaner? For sure. But this is part of the process, and if you don't give yourself the time to grow because you're too obsessed with having aesthetic abs year round, you'll never reach your full potential. I get told all the time that I'd look better if I was a bit leaner, and while this is true, I will look EVEN BETTER once I've packed on some more muscle and then cut down.
