I’m SO sore today. Try these out as a superset(set of exercises done with little/no rest in between) or glute finisher(set of exercises done at the end of your workout to ensure you’ve pushed your muscles as hard as you can)! I love to superset to save time + keep my heart rate elevated throughout my workout, but yesterday I did these as a glute finisher/burnout because I wanted to REALLY get my glutes pumped 😅 1. Floor dumbbell leg curl 2. Narrow kettlebell squat - wide kettlebell squat 3. Single leg kettlebell deadlift 4. Glute bridges + bridge abduction With all of these focus on controlling the movement and squeezing the glutes at the top, keeping the shoulders down and back, and a neutral spine/hip. *videos are sped up 2x I am NOT a certified personal trainer, physical therapist or any kind of movement specialist.
