™️ warm up of sun salutations, pancake stretches, pancake leg lifts, prone frog, Jefferson curls, one legged forward folds, choked leg hamstring stretch thing (🤔?), pike leg lifts, toe taps, 10 press handstand attempt reps... and I can confirm everything feels like lead trying to lift it off the ground or lower slowly. How can my legs be so heavy??! .
