I hate it when people ask me, 'Why are you so quiet?'. Because I am, I am part introvert and I can get tired to the point that I can't speak. That's how I function on some days. I don't ask others, 'Why are you noisy? Why do you talk so much?'. That's rude.
If you could go back in time, what’s the most USEFUL advice you NOW could have given yourself back then?
I’d tell myself that it’s a waste of my precious time here on this earth to wake up five days a week not remotely excited to face the day…DREADING the next 12 hours of my life ⏳
I’d tell myself that I don’t have to just float through life...never finding the things that I’m passionate about…not feeling any sense of purpose.
I’d tell myself that it’s OKAY to want MORE out of my life…that even though I have so much to be grateful for, I shouldn’t feel guilty for wanting something different.
I’d tell myself that there’s ALWAYS a way to #KreatethelifeyouKrave
…but that it likely requires sucking it up and doing things are WAY outside of my comfort zone.
I’d tell myself to freakin SNATCH THE F UP that coaching opportunity that was about to make its first appearance in my life... instead of waiting another 3.5 years to finally start.

I spent years wishing
+ to Have more energy
+ to have glowing clear skin
+ For my clothes to fit better
+ To not have chronic pain
Id be sitting on the couch with a bag of chips and think how much I missed playing sports. How I hated the way my clothes fit. How I wish I could get that stupid lid off the pickle jar without needing to call for help. Then I'd go back to watching the movie.........
Looking back I am beyond grateful for that day I chose to try. I found the courage and strength to ask for help, to find a system designed to create a lifestyle for long lasting change. Not a fad diet. Not a quick win. No sacrificing food groups or my favourite foods.
I know how hard a decision it is.
I also know what held me back for way too long. So I ask you:
What holds you back?

To do the work by getting sweaty? To making healthier choices 95% of the time? All so you too can have more energy. To love the way your clothes fit? To twist off those stubborn lids from jars without needing help??

As I heard this weekend, "Life is what's happening when you're busy making plans".
Damn that hit me. I've always been a planner and waiting for that perfect time to do something. Truth of the matter is we never know how much time we are going have and nothing is ever going to be perfect. No time is ever going to be completely right.
So I'm done waiting. I'm done second guessing myself. I'm here taking in the moment. Cherishing every second I get.
This Christmas my favorite present is time. Time to be with loved ones. Time with a beating heart. Time to do what I want to be doing. No more wasting any of it because I'm never getting that back again.

While I will be the first to say that transformations aren’t just physical, I’m also v proud of how far I’ve come this year!! The last few months I’ve seen changes all OVER but most importantly i feel stronger and healthier than I’ve ever felt. ⠀
I’ve discovered what foods make me feel bad and what foods satisfy me. I’ve learned what it feels like when I spend a few minutes moving my body and I’ve learned what it feels like to put off exercise for a while. ⠀
My journey will never end. I’m always gonna push for becoming the best version of myself. ⠀
I’m gonna push others to that as well. ⠀
All the while, I’ve been continuing to care for my three kids (ages 3, 2, 1), support my deployed military spouse, and then reintegrate as a family of five after he returned 13 months later, move to another state, and work my day job. ⠀
I’m a busy person, but if I’ve only learned one thing this year it is this:⠀
In order to be able to do ANYTHING for anyone (including yourself) you MUST fill your cup. You MUST take that 30 minutes... you must be working on yourself. ⠀
what are some things you’re ready to change in your life? in your family? do you need some extra cash? or do you want to drop a few pounds? are you needing some extra good vibes in your tribe? do you need a TRIBE? ⠀
let’s put a stop to excuses, and become the best dang moms, wives, girlfriends we’ve ever dreamed of being. put on your running shorts or yoga pants and come with me. ⠀

I don’t think I’ve eaten out or on the go as much as I have in these last couple of weeks...and although I haven’t always made the BEST choice, I still try to remain balanced especially when options afford it...

Anyone else live in their heads all the time? 🙋🏻People say I'm quiet sometimes.. but what they don't know is that's because there's a lot going on in my head...alllll the time! I'm constantly thinking about SOMEthing. I analyze and overanalyze and think about what happened or what may happen. 😄🤔💭
While I don't think there's anything wrong with having an abundance of thoughts, I do think it's important to get out of our heads sometimes too. We need to be able to turn off all of those thoughts so we can step into a place of peace. We all need that peace of mind, don't we?
For me, the best way I turn off my thoughts is by doing something with myself, like dancing. I love that I just feel the music and NOT think.
How do you get out of your head❓❓❓
Visit my parents and get put to work. 😑😂 but I love being able to help out and make the inspection easier on my dad!
Making sure I stick to my water intake goal by carrying a bottle of sparkling ice flavored water with me and keeping a cooler full in the car.
Do you know how much water you need each day? Make sure you get at least half your body weight in ounces!

🙌🏻 Try spending less time 👀 looking at food all together.
Whether you've been spending time:
✔ 👀 Looking at junk food isles at your local supermarket.
✔ Staying up all night watching 👀 masterchef every night on Netflix (✋ Totally been there btw , I pass no judgment)
✔ Or you've been 👀 looking up alternative healthy junk food recipes on Instagram trying to satisfy your cravings....
👀 Looking at junk food will make you crave food sooner or later, whether it's healthy or not.
✔ So, by simply limiting the time you spend 👀 looking at food, you can significantly decrease your cravings.
😥 As someone who struggled with binge eating for over 5 years I understand how difficult it can be to break this cycle of overeating, and I am not here to judge you if you slip up.
😥 I FAILED MISERABLY FOR YEARS! 9 YEARS TO BE EXACT! AND IF I HAVE DONE IT AND CAME THE OTHER SIDE SUCCESSFULLY AFTER 9 YEARS SO CAN YOU!
😌 If you feel like you have been stuck running the same pattern I want you to know I feel you. I know how hard it is to feel like you've been constantly letting yourself down.
