Progress post!! 6 weeks apart 😇
I've done a complete 180 with my mind set, diet and effort in exercise! I changed up my routine and shocked my body with regular HIIT sessions, heavier weight lifting 💪 diet wise, i upped my game, used my fitness pal to track my macros, found foods to incorporate into my diet to nourish and fuel my workout/day! 🍎
My results are not only physical, but I mentally feel good and i only strive to keep going! I'm not done yet 😉

I do profusely sweat when I workout though so maybe it’s just me 😂

Yep, this morning's training ground.. Why would you train indoors, unless it's about to poor rain of course🤣
Birdrock beach itself is worth the visit, but add a little round fitness circuit and it's a pretty complete training ground.. Most of my training is outdoors, fresh air, open space, less intimidating, and more mind cleansing.
