Nothing like a freezing breakfast on chilly mornings🌬 Right? WRONG! I had some regrets eating this today, I was so cold!!😂 Two of my friends who I haven’t seen in a year just came home for the holidays, & today I missed my running session after work so that I would get to spend more time with them!
Taking care of your health doesn’t mean spending countless hours at the gym. It’s a balance of physical health and mental wellness⚖️ Being active, staying hydrated, eating foods you love, spending time with loved ones, making time for your hobbies...etc. Finding a balance can be difficult, but it’s attainable and so worth it.
