Para poder procesar tu ira, lo primero que necesitas hacer es aceptarla.
Hay que resolver este conflicto para poder procesarla. Este es el primer paso. Resolver el conflicto de que la ira es mala, que sentir ira te convierte en una persona descontrolada, histérica, mala, poco evolucionada espiritualmente o con poca conciencia.
Encontrar la parte de ti que se resiste a sentirla.
No vas a poder trabajar con tu ira a no ser que trates con esa parte de ti, y esa parte de ti tiene mucho que ver con el arquetipo de “la niña buena” que maneja tu Vida y que se resiste a ser descubierta....y que la dejen de querer△

I love this proverb because it gives just as much importance to the DO-ing as it does to the PRAY-ing. Praying / dreaming / visualising are all powerful tools, but it we want to change something in our lives, we need to take action too. Equally, if we take action but we don't really believe that we'll be able to achieve our goal, we are almost bound to thwart our chances of success. Having faith that something will happen + taking steps to make it happen = a powerful combination. Is there an area in your life where you're doing too much of one and not enough of the other? What could you do to redress the balance?

1. Trust Yourself: Trust yourself, dig deep down and ask yourself: who do you want to be? Not what your parents or teachers wants you to be, but you. Figure out for yourself, what makes you happy, no matter how crazy it may sound to the people.🙏

It is so important to remember how inter-connected we all are and more importantly with the universe. We often become so focused on our health goals and begin to compartmentalise food and exercise. If we step back and change our perspective and really begin to have gratitude about the journey food takes to reach us and how humans as the care takers cultivate and grow whole food from the earth then we feel blessed about the foods that grow nourish and sustain us, it is a codependent relationship. This lessens the stress around our goals and we feel more and more gratitude. This helps us become more aware and almost frees us from the reins of ‘the musts’ around food. We tune into what our body wants. This is called being mindful and helps us to eat mindfully. We become more in tune with our needs without having to compartmentalise and it allows us to become more synchronized with food and the world around us. Our body’s internal wisdom knows best. Calling all sisters! I’ve been thinking lately... My body and it’s functions have not been working on their own, and I feel it’s time for me to address that.
Every day at the same time, I take a little pill for 21 days, and then I don’t for 7 days, and start all over again. That’s been going on for 8 years. Totally freaky when you think about it, albeit convenient.
Lucky for me I’m healthy, and the nurses often told me when discussing alternative / less hormonal approaches to the pill: “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. So I carried on.
Now I’m thinking “my body ain’t broke, why do I keep trying to fix it?” That mindset long term can’t be good either.
I’m definitely a lucky girl, and don’t have any physiological issues that the pill might be helpful with. I’m quite fine, so... why do I continue to habitually pump up my body with hormones?
I’m mindful of the food I eat, what I put on my skin, so it should be no different with these hormones.
So now I’m ready to reconnect with my body, it’s natural way of operating, with all its ebbs and flows. Comment if you feel me or have anything to share about this transition, I’d love to hear about your journey 💞
