.... you said that “segregation ended almost 70 years ago” but there’s still segregation going on to this day. For example, police departments have units that are all white and units that are all black. The higher you go up in management, the more segregated the police department becomes. So, tell me again, how is segregation over? .
your response was accurate!! .
... you also stated that, regardless of race if you don’t comply with an officer you will get your ass beat. That statement of blacks vs whites being compliant is inaccurate. There are more unarmed blacks killed by cops than whites. So, are you saying white people always comply? .
Police officers receive thousands of hours of training to deal with individuals who don’t comply. The amount of force used by an officer should be based on the amount of resistance a subject displays. For example, Walter Scott was fleeing from an officer when he was shot in the back for not complying. The officer planted evidence and lied about Mr. Scott attempting to attack the officer.
There is no such thing as black-on-black crime. If you acknowledge black-on-black crime then you must acknowledge white-on-white crime. If you want to consider race and crime is black-on-black crime then that statement itself can be considered racist. I’ve never heard anyone attach race to crime other than the the black race. You never hear white-on-white crime, Asian on Asian crime, Hispanic on Hispanic crime, and we can go on and on. But black-on-black crime compared to police brutality is the same as comparing sexual assault to a robbery. They are both heinous crimes. .
show me where in the constitution or any other provision to the constitution that you’re required to stand. At your place of employment, do you have to stand for the anthem? If so, don’t you have a first amendment right not to?!! Why take away Colin Kaepernick first amendment right which gives him the right to kneel?? .
